    I like how Nate doesn’t even bother cracking open the Bud Light. 😂

    I've been going to Treehouse for many years for IPAs primarily. This year I started to venture into many of the other styles because of these videos and it has definitely opened my eyes to what I would have never payed attention to before. Trail Wet Hop series has been my favorite this year by far.

    If you like Bud Light we recommend you try Julius. You're my hero for that statement. I was waiting on you to pull out a can of Trail

    Someone shared a can of Julius with me and it was floodgates unleashed on craft beer ever since. I used to be a 12 pack of Heineken once or twice a year at a party and only ever drank to get drunk. Thanks Nate for opening my eyes to what a beer can actually be.

    Went to Tree House for the fist time this year and the selection was overwhelming. Bartender helped me out and introduced me to Blue! Very good beer!

    Modelo Negra is one of my go to beers when drinking macros. Great to know what it would compare to.

    I think getting macro only drinkers out to a craft brewery is a good start. I agree with you trying to get them to take the leap is great but if not there's plenty of great beers similar to the taste they're looking for. Trying to plan a trip with my dad out to Tree House as he's been opening up to craft.

    I'll definitely have to try Idle Mind next time I'm there. I like Sam Adams Boston Lager. I've always thought that it's a solid tasting lager for almost any occasion. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Recommending Julius to macro lager drinkers is a great call. Super counterintuitive, but probably correct for most light lager devotees. Julius is a perfect gateway craft beer: pleasantly juicy, but not hoppy in the way people usually use that term. People more often understand "hoppy" to indicate assertive bitterness, and by that definition arguably the hoppiest beer in this video is Boston Lager.

    Modelo Negra on draft with some fresh lime juice is legit! I will def. try Rover next time I pick up! I’ll try anything you guys make frankly 🙂🍻

    Being from Boston one would think I love Sam Adams but I don’t. All their beers have the same aftertaste to me. The two I don’t mind are their light bees and the winter lager.
    So I’m always up for trying new beers. Does Treehouse have Andy presence in MA? Or do you ship at all? No clue if that’s even legal but I’ve had wine shipped before so figured I’d ask. Each of the beers you described are right up my alley so….yeah…..help a Boston guy out if you can!

    Out of curiosity when you travel do you openly try local brews? I'm as i watch this in Turks and Caicos and the beer is ok, but not great. Just curious how you as a owner and brewer go about it

    • @treehousebrewco
      @treehousebrewco  10 месяцев назад

      personally I will but since it's my job I try not to overthink it since it can suck a lot of joy out of things if you're always in analyze mode

    Agree that Julius is a great "Intro to Treehouse" beer for that crowd. I thought you'd also mention that for those unwilling to take a leap that the House Lager and House w/ Lime are great at summer parties.
