Enjoy the casual days at home. Respect to Amanda for hand washing the dishes. At our new house we deleted the dishwasher. Use the dishwasher as the drying rack. When you have gatherings, everyone hangs out in the kitchen and takes turns washing.

Helpful hint to save dish washing time...Line your pans with foil or parchment paper, then just throw the mess away and wipe the pans clean! FYI, I love beets too!

Home Depot pro tip... If the package is damaged,but you think the product is still good or slightly damaged, ask for a discount . Feel obliged to get a discount on anything. Cuzz the company wants you to walk out with a purchase in your hands. Especially ask a manger on duty Cuzz they'll give more.

Aloha from Arizona guys!!! Recently found your channel and missing food from home. Congratulations on the new home. You can a great rice cooker from Costco online under $100.00. I got a cuckoo last year. But now they have the tiger brand for that price. Amazon has the cuckoo for about $100 now same one I got from Costco. It’s an awesome rice cooker keeps it warm without burning. We love it. Make mayo chicken with bread crumbs or pinko on top so damn good with rice. Take care!!

it doesn't matter an iota to me if you get shocked, but at the least use a pen electrical detector (sensor). Perhaps replace the wire nuts with Wago connectors (221 newest version, clear). Might have to straighten the wire ends. But easier when you replace same light fixtures in the future.

I’m old school. I love yellowish lights. That’s why I get incandescent Christmas lights. The white makes it looks like a hospital. Not all cozy. But great job on the installation. Husband and wife teams are the best! Seriously… the wives figure out how to do thing correctly🤣. Plus I gotta try the new Coke Zero! Mahalo Felix for the reminder!

And why didn't the condo come with a dishwashing machine? Video your next visit to Marukai. I never been there and I didn't know they were open to the public now.

Looks good! When first moved into my studio, >10yrs, searched out long-lasting LED lights. Brighter than regular old-skool lighting & more economical. Have NOT changed bulbs...That's >10+ years! Suggest using, at least, 2-3 lamps...One at each opposite corner. Bought 3-headed goose-neck lamp from Wal-Mart....Good Luck!

them leds do lose intensity over the years. only noticeable if you install a new led light in the same room with the older fixture.

Felix, nothing wrong with using chopsticks. Growing up I used to see my parents eating a salad (green) with chopsticks and I used to wonder why. Now that I'm the age they were, I totally understand why, it's way easier. I even eat rigatoni with chopsticks.

Costco sells a Tiger rice cooker made in Japan.. I own one the Tacook model 5.5 cup. Love it I've had it for a few years. Around $99.00 with free shipping.

Oops I forgot to mention idk if this may help but layering a sheet of tin foil over the entirety of the oven racks helps to avoid spills and gunk build up on racks and bottom of oven, changing every so often as needed 👍🏼👍🏼
