What do you do when the items are not explicitly mentioned in the questionnaire, there are only discussions of some of the items of the questionnaire but the actual statements are not mentioned. Only one section of the questionnaire is tabled. Do you then search for another study?

Alpha is based on a single construct, where as internal validity is for cause and effect relationship. You will need to check the methods to assess internal validity.

You can write to the authors of the source paper for questionnaire.

Reference is added in methodology. Do not drop items unless there is strong theoretical and empirical support. Thanks for watching.
