You have to have a huge amount of patience's to work on laptops Their is a Romanian guy in England that works on laptops,he uses hot glue and lighter fluid on chips to check how hot they get. He also increases voltage with a external power supply to try to clear faults inside chips
I have watched him using lighter fluid to detect shorted ICs. Not sure the combustion temperature of lighter fluid (a workplace safety hazard) but a infrared camera would be safer even if expensive. He is an amazingly good tech.

You need a strong electronics background to work at the component level I have two of those IFIXIT sets
In laptop repair or any repair at board level electronics is essential, most companies simply do module swaps which most IT folks can do with basic training.

A+ is still great certification..
The CompTIA A+ is a US centric certification but the fundamentals are true in most countries.

That UUID has confirms your Windows type to the EEPROM,(UEFI) so that yo can't transfer it to another computer
