In fact) Korea, which is now used to refer to Korea, is derived from Goryeo. Goguryeo had already changed its name to Goryeo since the 5th century. The reason why it is now called Goguryeo is to distinguish it from Goryeo, which appeared in later generations.
The Chinese call it "Gāolí bàngzi" when they insult Koreans, where "Gāolí" means Goryeo, and "Bāngzi" means stick, a phrase used by the Chinese above.

You are right. Goguryeo died in 668 . Goryeo was born in 918. They are two different countries . just have similar names

    • @user-mb1et1oy5t

@@user-bd7oq3yx2k It's not just a country with similar names. Goguryeo was overthrown by the Silla and Tang dynasties in 668. Then, 30 years later, in 698, Dae Jo-yeong, a native of Goguryeo's refugees founded Balhae. Since there was no great national migration after the fall of Goguryeo, the Goguryeo people would have been in the land except for those taken away.
Although Balhae was a mixed society of Malgal and Goguryeo refugees, Balhae did not use the name "Goryeo" due to the pressure of Silla and Tang, which overthrew Goguryeo, culturally similarity to Goguryeo was maintained, and when the king's power was strengthened, he sent a document to Japan saying "Goryeo."
Of course, the royal authority weakened and we used the name "Balhae" again.
In 918, Wang Geon, a descendant of Goguryeo's refugees like Dae Jo-yeong, founded Goryeo, shouting for Goguryeo's succession when Silla began to collapse due to its declining national power.
In the meantime, in 926, Balhae was destroyed by the Khitan and a large number of Balhae refugees were absorbed by Goryeo.

The name of Korea comes from Goguryeo (BC 37 or 3rd century - AD 668), the name of which had been later changed by its king into Goryeo, or/and Goguryeo was sometimes called Goryeo, even before Silla unified three kingdoms(Goguryeo, Baekje[BC 18 - AD 660], smaller Silla[BC 57-AD 676]). Some rulers of Goguryeo founded Balhae (sometimes called Jin or Goryeo) with Goguryeo refugees and Jurchens(=proto-Manchus) in the former Goguryeo territory after the fall of Goguryeo, claiming it to be a successor of Goguryeo.
Goguryeo or the "first" Goryeo originated from Buyeo, and Buyeo was founded near the place of Go-Joseon. "Old" Joseon or Go-Joseon was the first Korean kingdom and its name was just "Joseon" at its time, but for distinguishing from "later"/"Yi" Joseon, it is now called "Go(=old)-Joseon". Baekje came from the royal family of Goguryeo.
When greater/unified Silla (AD 676 - 935) weakened later, "new" Goryeo replaced the unified Silla, claiming that the new royal court succeeded "old" Goryeo (i.e., Goguryeo). When Balhae fell in the north, rulers and refugees of Balhae were accepted by newly founded Goryeo. "New" Goryeo (AD 918-1392) was a trade country where even muslim merchants came for businesses from the Middle East and its name was known to foreign countries as "Core", "Corea", and current "Korea" etc.
"Yi" Joseon (1392-1897)replaced "new" Goryeo, with the same name of the "old" Joseon kingdom.
Sum: Go("old")-Joseon->Buyeo->three kingdoms->greater Silla (+ Balhae in the North, which also claimed to succeed the fallen Goguryeo, but when Balhae fell later, its rulers were accepted by "new" Goryeo)-> "new" Goryeo -> "Yi" Joseon or just Joseon -> 20th century history of colonialism(1910-1945), provisional government (1919-45), division into north/south Koreas(1945-), Korean republic-building, north/south (1948-), and war in 1950-3, and now.

Do we know how the people of 高句麗 pronounced their country name? The descendants of the royal family who took refuge in Japan called themselves KOMA, as in Koma Shrine (高麗神社) or 高麗若光 (KOMA-no-JYAKKOU, the prince ambassador). Incidentally, 高麗、駒、狛、巨摩...were all pronounced the same way. Given that they are originally from 扶余, in present-day Manchuria, it also begs the question what did their language sound like. Did they have any relations with other groups in Manchuria?

Each federation tribe chieftain received drum and trumpet from Xuanyu Commandery of the Han dynasty(From the record of Three Kingdoms), managed tribes as independently without interference and consulted the issue, and united each other when an emergency. Two sons of King Chumo reached in Han-River Basin and built a new kingdom 'Baek-Jae(百濟).*
1:59 / King 'Taejodae(太祖王)' began to increase in territory size with a way of merging small kingdoms, which were eastern and southeastern village groups, avoided conflict with the Four Commanderies(漢四郡) of Han. Silla is a Korean people. (Korean speaker)
Goguryeo has a brotherly relationship with the Yamato people.
Baekje is Han Chinese. (Exile of the Han Dynasty)
The Tang Empire was dominated by the Xianbei people (Mongols?)
Both the Han Dynasty and Goguryeo were huge states, but they were destroyed by the nomadic Xianbei people who founded Northern Wei.
The Han people, who lived in the ancient Yellow River basin, fled to South China, Korea, and Japan and became naturalized.

Not that much. Basically Korean language and Manchurian(Jurchen) language are different in linguistic level. They don't have same linguistic ancestors. But, some of Jurchens(malgal or mohe people in that timeline, in Ancient East Asia) were friendly with Koreans and became a part of Korean kingdom, Goguryeo. They were Baeksan malgal and Sokmal malgal in Korean. And some Waji(or Woji? idk. 'Okjeo' in Korean) tribes also participate in Korean community and became part of Koreans nowadays.

And the another is Han people, which I fully regard as mix of Peninsular Japonic and some few of Old Korean migrants. Like I said avobe, There's no actual legit evidence that Koreans have 3 main streams of ancestors but as a local Korean, I assume that Koreans have multiple ancestors. I just used your video of the History of Argentina to add the tribes which were in Patagonia and Grand Chaco. You have no idea how much your videos help. It's nearing completion! Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia are done, I sadly can't add anything in Brazil as no video on RUclips shows anything near the year 882 (yours once again is of the best quality on the platform, but the time difference is too big... First is the year 500 then the next slide is immediately 1200), and I still have to work on North America.
Your video about the History of East Asia is magnificent. Because of you, I've learnt that you and your people once had two very big kingdoms, Silla and Balhae, next to Goguryeo and others. I also watched the movie about admiral Yi and the Roaring currents. It was really epic, and I love how your turtle boats used to look like. So happy they decimated the Japanese. I also loved your video about the Ainu, and the music you put in. It was a really sad video to watch, seeing those poor people get wiped away...
Continue your great work. It's marvellous. All of us get to learn so much from your videos, especially me. I've been subscribed for a while now. Once my project is done, I plan to present it to two of my college professors. I truly hope one day you and I may realize a cooperation on some joint project. Big greetings and love from Serbia!

@Delicious_dog Nope your wrong, read history, Silla had a bone rank system it seperated Baekji and Goguryeo people from the elite Sillan people in South Western Korea, its part of the reason why the later three kingdoms happened, Goguryeo descendants and Baekji descendants didn't got properly assimilated and were left to fend for there own in a society which valued Sillan people, technically they all stayed in there own homelands, this is why most historians agree it was the Goryeo dynasty who properly united the Koreans, because Silla never made an effort to erase the Goguryeo and Baekji identity, united by territory but not by mind you could say, meaning up until the Goryeo dynasty most of Goguryeo people in Korea were in southern North Korea, most of them should have been refugees from around and near the Taedong river but moved slightly south to be integrated to Silla , heck the reason the first King of Goryeo was so confident of his heritage both because of his parents own stories and testimonies but also because of there land, Kaesong being originally a core territory of Goryeo near the border with Baekji and Silla. Up until Goryeo dynasty, the genetic make up of the descendants of the 3 Kingdoms were less mix, but now its mixed however if you go further north, you could see that North Koreans would have more abundant Goguryeo DNA in there genes which would explain why they are much more militaristic and better at fighting then South Koreans who are more culture oriented, if you don't believe me, just look at the founder of Taekwando, who was born in North Korea and you will see what i mean with better fighters and should also have theoretically more Tunguistic genes due to Balhae refugees presence during the Goryeo dynasty.

    • @crystaluwu1012
      @crystaluwu1012 2 месяца назад

Northern Koreans during unified Silla still had strong loyalties to the dead Goguryeo dynasty, then U.Silla due to the stratified caste system imposed by the Sillan royalties and elites, Goguryeo Aristocrats as well as Baekji aristocrats were put into the lowest ranks of nobility then native Sillans, which fostered strong regional identity and resentment against Silla and the Gwangju based rulers. This also ment that while there is intermarriage between the 3 Kingdoms people during unified Silla it was pretty limited due to this regional divide, so no, Goguryeo people didn't move further south, they stayed in northern Korea which they identified as there homeland.
There is a reason Silla wasn't fully credited by most western scholars as the unfiyer of Korea, since it only unified it by territory an politically but never mentally, it was until Goryeo which Korea was named after that Korea will be unified and the proper Korean identity and state will form without any regional divide and resentment.

A nation is its peoples, not arbitrary borders that change over the course of history. This debate is all geopolitical, which is also the reason why we can't claim more land for Goguryeo despite there being enough evidence to do so. If China was in our position they would be claiming most of Manchuria and even into inner Mongolia.. I might understand not going as far as inner Mongolia but the territory in this video seems like such a pathetic low-ball estimate.

    Central Asian=Turkic people +Indo-Europeans/JR1a
A study based on paternal DNA (2005) shows West Eurasian haplogroups (J and R) in Uyghurs make up 65% to 70% and East Asian haplogroups (C, N, D and O) 30% to 35%
Scythians/Proto-Indo-Europeans →R1a,They were not Turkic people
The Tarim mummies are a series of mummies discovered in the Tarim Basin in present-day Xinjiang, China, which date from 1800 BC to the first centuries BC
A 2018 study the paternal lines of male remains surveyed nearly all - 11 out of 12, or around 92% - belonged to Y-DNA haplogroup R1a1-M17 (Z93-)[18], which are now most common in Northern India and Eastern Europe; the other belonged to the exceptionally rare paragroup K* (M9) from Asia
Mathieson & Reich (2015)[25][26] analyzed the remains of an individual from Samara Oblast, Russia, dated c. 380-200 bce and ascribed to the Scythian cultures. The individual was found to belong to haplogroup R1a1a1b2a2a.[25][26] This lineage is associated with earlier Srubnaya culture of the Pontic-Caspian steppe, which again traces its origin to the Yamnaya culture.[8]
Krzewińska (2018)[9] studied the genetics of the earlier Srubnaya culture, and peoples of the later Scythian cultures, such as Cimmerians, Scythians, and Sarmatians. While members of the Srubnaya culture were found to be carriers of haplogroup R1a1a1, which showed a major expansion during the Bronze Age, the Cimmerian, Scythian, and Sarmatian samples examined were found to be mostly carriers of haplogroup R1b1a1a2, which is characteristic of the earlier Yamnaya culture, although one Sarmatian studied did carry haplogroup R1a1a1. Peoples of the Scythian cultures were also found to have a presence of east Eurasian mitochondrial lineages, which are completely absent among the Srubnaya.
Järve (2019)[3] studied genetics of various peoples belonging to the Scythian cultures, such as Cimmerians, Scythians, Sarmatians, and Saka. Mostly of the remains in all groups were found to carry various subclades of haplogroup R1a, with a few haplogroup Q samples also found (only 2 Y-DNA samples, out of 160 identified). The samples are more closely related to modern-day Europeans than any modern people native to central Asia or Siberia.

    R1b - M269:8.5%
    Haplogroup G:10%
    Haplogroup E:10%
R1a was the predominant haplogroup, especially amongst Pashtuns, the Baloch and Tajiks.
    Tajiks
The dominant haplogroup among modern Tajiks is the Haplogroup R1a Y-DNA. ~45% of Tajik men share R1a (M17), ~18% J (M172), ~8% R2 (M124), and ~8% C (M130 & M48). Tajiks of Panjikent score 68% R1a, Tajiks of Khojant score 64% R1a.[56] The high frequency of haplogroup R1a in the Tajiks probably reflects a strong founder effect
Pashtun

DNA results: Ancient Turks/Huns from 200 BC to 600 AD Mongolia had 80-97% Mongoloid DNA/East Asian
Most Medieval Turks from Central Asia 600AD-900 AD Central Asia was 10-61% Mongoloid/East Asian (with most being 30-40% or 40-50% ) which has to be the result of intermixing and assimilation/Turkifying Iranians
Haplogroup R1b is dominant throughout Western Europe

    Hello, great video.
Got a question. As this video shows that Korea was once partly bigger geographically than today I was wondering if those territories located in modern China like the Liaodong peninsula or modern Russian territories were actually inhabited by Koreans or if there were other peoples under Korean suzerainty.
I have heard that there are some Korean comunities on the other side of the Chinese border in the modern day but I don't know how they came to be or if they were more extensive in the past.

Hi Stefan, glad you liked the video!
You can safely assume that the regions on the map in which there are labeled cities (i.e. the Liaodong and Korean Peninsulas, plus Buyeo City) were inhabited by ethnic Goguryoans. Everywhere else, namely Jilin and the Russian portion, was inhabited by Tungusic peoples like the Sushen and Mohe.
As for the Koreans living in China today (Chaoxianzu), they are actually descendants of Korean migrants to China in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In other words, they have nothing to do with Goguryeo.

The ancient Turkic people are Mongoloid. They are from northern China and Manchuria.
It is suggested that they were originaly an agricultural people, but adopted later a nomadic life style and started their “Journey to the West” (Central Asia, parts of Europe and the Middle East).
Turkic is often suggested to be closely related to other Siberian groups like the Mongolians, Tungusic people and also to Native American groups. Another theory suggests a close relation to Korean and Janpanese.

Proposals for the homeland of the Turkic peoples and their language are generally suggested to be either in Mongolia, northern China(Altai Mountain) or northeastern China (Manchuria).
Including Juha Janhunen, Roger Blench and Matthew Spriggs, suggest that Mongolia (or the northern region of China) is the homeland of the early Turkic language. According to Robbeets, proto-Turkic descends from the hypothetical proto-Transeurasian community. This Transeurasian community, is associated with the Houwa and with the Hongshan culture in the Liao river basin. With the onset of desertification in Inner Mongolia in 2200 BCE, people from the western part of the Hongshan culture moved west, adapting to a nomadic pastoralist lifestyle in the eastern Eurasian steppes. Proto-Turkic may be identified with the millet cultivating Xinglongwa culture. Peter Golden suggests that proto-Turkic has its homeland in northern China and then expanded rapidly.

All East Asians with Y-Haplogroup O have partial origins shared with Southeast Asian farmers. But these Southeast Asians farmers are not necessary from Southeast Asia, they can be from Southern China or diffused through Southern China.
Another point made by academic is that Y-Haplogroup C is original Haplogroup of Northeast Asia which get replaced by Y-Haplogroup O from Southern China.
Basically Korean, Manchu and Japanese Y-Haplogroup O2b (or O1b2) is a sister clade of Austra-Asiatic Y-Haplogroup O1b1. They are originally very closely related.
On a side note, Han Chinese derive ancestry from Oakaie-related people, who are related to Iron Age North Burmese people. These people generally share Y-Haplogroup O3 (or O2). Southern Han Chinese derive partial ancestry from ancestral Proto-Austronesians who had Y-Haplogroup O1a, which is the oldest branch of O1 Haplogroup.
What happened was these Southern China farmers people migrated to South to mix with the Negrito Hunter Gatherers who are aborigines of Southeast Asia. Modern Southeast Asians are mixed of original Negritos and Southern China farmers. Later, they mixed with Indians as they received Indian cultural influences.
In the past Koreans were closely linked to Mongolians in terms of classical dna markers. However, there is a sharp constrast in terms of Y chromosome haplogroup gene pool. A lot of mongolians posses haplogroup C2b and this is also common in central asia and in some manchurians. The korean population does have haplogroup C but not as much as in mongolia. Further more, most koreans posses a different sub clade called C2e. C2b is rare in koreans say 1-6.9%. Most koreans are haplogroup O lineage which exists in mongolia but not as much as in korea. Further more the sub clade common in koreans and japanese and in few cases moderatley in manchurians called O1b2 (O2b) is almost completely absent in Mongolia. In terms of genome wide snp koreans are close to northern chinese and japanese people.

the ancient Koreans in the southern part of the peninsula and the Japanese were known to have some similar aspects of culture with the ancient Baiyue (百越) people of Southern China, including living on wooden houses on stilts (to keep out snakes, pests and floods), practicing wet paddy rice agriculture and having tattoos, cutting their hair (斷髮紋身) etc.; in Japan ancient bronze bell artefacts have been excavated, similar to some of the bronze bells that have been found in southern China. In addition, the ancient Chinese did not cut their hair at all as it was believed that the hair is sacred, your parents gave it to you and therefore it is a part of your body and should not be dismembered. The ancient Chinese usually kept their hair long and males tied it up into a topknot. The most ancient populations of the West Liao River valley exhibited a high frequency of Haplogroup N-M231. A study by Yinqiu Cui et al. from 2013 found that 63% of the combined samples from various Hongshan archeological sites belonged to the subclade N1 (xN1a, N1c) of the paternal haplogroup N-M231 and calculated N to have been the predominant haplogroup in the region in the Neolithic period at 89%, its share gradually declining over time. Today this haplogroup is most common in Finland, the Baltic states and among northern Siberian ethnicities, such as the Yakuts. Individuals at the Liao civilization were assigned into five different Y sub-haplogroups using diagnostic single nucleotide polymorphisms, namely N1 (xN1a, N1c), N1c, C/C3e, O3a (O3a3) and O3a3c. Ancient samples of the Jinggouzi site situated to the northwest of the Liao civilization were assigned to Haplogroup C-M217. Northern nomads from Jinggouzi might have entered the West Liao River valley but these Jinggouzi people (closely related to Xianbei and Oroqen)[5] were culturally and genetically distinct from the original people of the West Liao River valley who carried the characteristic Haplogroup N-M231 lineage. The Haplogroup O-M122 that was observed among Liao individuals is believed to have spread to the Liao civilization from the Yellow River civilization in the southwest. This lineage is most commonly associated with speakers of Sino-Tibetan languages (such as the Han Chinese).[6] However, its frequency only began to rise in the Bronze Age and the ancient Liao River population was different from the Yellow River population. This means the Liao civilization was occupied by a diverse sequence of human cultures that were originally distinct from both the farming populations of the Yellow River and the nomads of the Eurasian steppe.[7]
The formation and development of the Lower Xiajiadian culture population was likely a complex process affected by admixture of ethnically different people. The Lower Xiajiadian culture of the West Liao River included people carrying haplogroups from northern Asia, but there was genetic evidence of the migration of millet farming people from the Central Plains (Zhongyuan). The climate of the West Liao River valley was warmer at the beginning of the Early Bronze Age which may be one of the driving forces for the northward migration of the Central Plains farming population. An archaeological study showed that the painted potteries of the Lower Xiajiadian were influenced by the Erlitou culture. The people of the Dadianzi site of Inner Mongolia received the haplogroup O3 from the immigrants of the Central Plains, and a Lower Xiajiadian individual was identified to possess both the maternal lineage of D4 and paternal lineage of O3-M122. Due to a cooling climate, part of the Lower Xiajiadian culture population migrated to the south influenced Central Plains. Among the Yin Ruins relics of Shang Dynasty, artefacts with northern cultural influences have been identified

And do you know the ‘hyang-chal’ or ‘ee-doo’? In Goguryo and silla they used chinese character to write their own languages totally different from chinese writing systems I mean they used different writing system than chinese writing systems. If you know this you could know they said korean.

    1,D1 → Mongolia C1a1/C2e→ Hokkaido →Japan →Jomon people D1a2
    2,Korean Peninsula O2+O1b2 →Janpan→Yayoi people
It is thought that the haplogroups D-M55 (D1a2a) and C1a1 as well as C-M217 were frequent in Jōmon period people. O-M119 is also suggested to have been presented in at least some Jōmon period people. One 3,800 year old Jōmon man excavated from Rebun Island was found to belong to Haplogroup D1a2b1(D-CTS 220).[36] Haplogroup D-M55 is found in about 35%[37] and haplogroup C1a1 in about 6% of modern Japanese people.[28][38][39] In addition, it is assumed that the haplogroup C2 existed in a small amount of Jōmon people.[40] But no evidence of Haplogroup C-M217 and Haplogroup O-M119 had yet been found.
Proposed expansion of major East Asian haplogroups, Hallast et al. 2020.
Distribution of Y-chromosome D in worldwide populations.
D-M55 is only found in Japanese (Ainu, Ryukyuans, and Yamato).[41] Haplogroup C1a1 has been found in modern Japanese at a frequency of 6%. Elsewhere it was found at low frequency in Koreans, and northeast Chinese.[29] Recently it was confirmed that the Japanese branch of haplogroup D-M55 is distinct and isolated from other D-branches since more than 53,000 years. The split between D1a2-M55 and D1a-F6251 (the latter of which is common in Tibetans, other Tibeto-Burmese groups, and Altaians, and has a moderate distribution in the rest of East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia) may have occurred near the Tibetan Plateau.[42] A DNA study in 2019 suggests that haplogroup D-M55 increased to about 70% during the late Jōmon period, suggesting a population boom and bust shortly before the Yayoi migration.[43] Another study similar concluded that D-M55 became the dominant haplogroup in Japan during the late Jōmon period.[44]
It is estimated that Yayoi people mainly belonged to Haplogroup O-M176 (O1b2) (today ~36%), Haplogroup O-M122 (O2, formerly O3) (today ~23%) and Haplogroup O-M119 (O1) (today ~4%), which are typical for East- and Southeast-Asians.[18][19] Mitsuru Sakitani suggests that haplogroup O1b2, which is common in today Koreans, Japanese and some Manchu, and O1 are one of the carriers of Yangtze civilization. As the Yangtze civilization declined several tribes crossed westward and northerly, to the Shandong peninsula, the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese archipelago.[20] One study calls haplogroup O1b1 as a major Austroasiatic paternal lineage and the haplogroup O1b2 (of Koreans and Japanese) as a "para-Austroasiatic" paternal lineage.[21]

The Hakka people mixed with the agricultural people of southern China, and the Japanese mixed with the Jomon people.

      Gojoseon(古朝鮮)=Gija Joseon(箕子朝鮮, 1120-194 BC)+Weiman Joseon(卫满朝鮮, 194-107 BC)
Gija Joseon(箕子朝鮮, 1120-194 BC) was founded by a Chinese man Gija(箕子), and its territory was in northern Korean Peninsula. Another Chinese man Weiman(卫满) seized the regime of Gija Joseon and established Weiman Joseon(卫满朝鮮, 194-107 BC). Later, the Han dynasty China(202 BC-220 AD) took over their territory.
Koguryo was derived from the Han dynasty. After the fall of the Han dynasty, Koguryo took over the territory of the Han dynasty in northern Korean Peninsula. Korean nationality established their first state Silla in southern Korean Peninsula. Silla is a matriarchal society with the custom of walking marriage. One third of Silla's population is slaves. And Koguryo enslaved Silla. The slave traders in Koguryo sold Silla's female slaves(新羅婢) to the Tang dynasty China(618-907 AD).
Koguryo was the country of Buyeo nationality, a Chinese minority. Silla was the country of Korean nationality. As South Korea is a single-nationality state, it is very strange that South Koreans regard Koguryo and Chinese Buyeo nationality as their ancestors. According to this logic, Chinese Gija(箕子) is the ancestor of all Koreans.
In order to decorate South Korea's barren history, South Korea launched the Northeast Project: South Koreans stole ancient Koguryo mural paintings from Ji'an, China in late 1990s and exhibited them in South Korean national museum. Chinese government asked South Korean government to return them, but shameless South Koreans refused. This fully proves that South Koreans are brazen thieves!

@@hishot1078 Koguryo, which split from the territory of the Han Dynasty, certainly belongs to Chinese history.
South Koreans like to be ostriches. Do you think people don't know how distorted and false South Korean history textbooks are? There is nothing about the Korean Peninsula in China's history textbooks, because China doesn't care about the Millennium vassal state at all. The only mention of the Korea is that the Maguan treaty, China lost the Korea to Japan. China recorded Gija Joseon and Weiman Joseon in the historical records of the Western Han Dynasty, and the archaeological data fully confirmed the existence of Weiman Joseon on the peninsula. At this time, Three Han was still a primitive at the southern tip of the peninsula.
The funniest thing is that South Koreans can never decide their own fate because they are caught between China and Japan. Extreme inferiority leads to extreme arrogance. Don't South Koreans know that both China and Japan treat South Korean history textbooks as jokes? What I listed above are all South Korean history books. Do you say I distort history? South Koreans are too sensitive.
In 1428, King Sejong of Korea rebuilt Gija temple and ordered to write the monument of Gija temple, which said: "in the past, King Wu of Zhou Dynasty conquered Shang Dynasty and granted the Grand Master of Shang Dynasty to our country, so he didn't want to be a minister. My Oriental cultural relics, rites and music, are similar to China, and today there are more than 2000 sacrifices." It has been made clear here that Gija is the ancestor of the whole Korea.
World history in American high schools: Han Dynasty colonization → the emergence of the early Korean state from the fourth to the seventh centuries → Silla → Goryeo → Joseon. Silla, Goryeo and Korea are vassal states of China, and the upper elite are highly sinicizedc. Civilians are illiterate, matriarchal society, walking marriage customs, and one third of the population are slaves.

It is written in the Nihon Shoki that the ruling class and aristocrats who defected after the fall of Baekje and Goguryeo became loyal to the Japanese emperor and began living in the Kanto region of Japan.
Baekje and Goguryeo are not the history of China or Korea.
They only lived in present-day China and South Korea.
Most of the Chinese people living in the Yellow River basin today are descendants of nomadic tribes such as the Turku, Xianbei, and Jurchen tribes, and the people who founded the ancient Han dynasty fled to South China, Korea, and Japan.
