@@Notsamit4350 Before, most of the Bengalis were from the East Bengal (Bangladesh) region. But when East Bengal became East Pakistan, the Muslims killed many Bengalis. Then the Bengalis ran away to the 'Western' part of Bengal to save their lives. Now the place is called West Bengal.
So, not only her mother and father, many Bengalis in West Bengal are from East Bengal. But now they are the citizens of India and native citizens of West Bengal. So it is quite wrong if you call them Bangladeshi.
