Thanks you very much sir!!! I am so grateful that I found your video and channel before my end sem as I had few doubts in this topic but you explained every part of this topic very easily and now I am confident for my Signal and Systems End Sem exam that I will do very well in my exam. Thank you very much Sir
In problem no 33 we are performing circular convolution using DFT and IDFT. In probkem 35 its a differnt question. Hope this was helfful... Do subscribe and keep supporting EC Academy
Hello prof thank you for that explanation, i want to ask you what is that really mean in real life conv , corr and who is that they working as a filter as i know the filters like the gate for frequencies take band and rejecte another could you give me out box answers and thank you
Here in the question circular convolution and linear convolution answer is diff why is it so I guess you have done mistake while solving the linear convolution using circular convolution.
ii) and iii) both u r mentioned as linear convolution using circular convolution??
ii) by using circular convolution

The process of converting linear to circular is different from lecture 33 and in this lecture.
Which one we have to consider sir

No in previous video you taught how to find circular conv using linear by just adding extra samples in it now you are teaching some other process
Answer of assignment question
I) y(n)={2,5,1,-4,3,-1}
II) y(n)={1,5,1,-4,3}
III) y(n)={2,5,1,-4,3,-1}
Pl correct me if I am wrong
It is crt because I got the same ans
I got it bro
How

sir , you have mentioned both (2) and (3) as : linear conv using cir conv. which is which sir?
(2) is circular convolution and (3) is liner conv. Using circular conv.
Hope this was helpful...

If length of x(n) is less how do get answer
Like x(n) ={1, 2} , h(n) ={1, 2,3}
I want an answer for this plz make it quick sir

Here x(n) and h(n) number of sequences are not same....don't we do zero padding to h(n) in linear conv to get equal no of sequence sir?
in linear convolution no zero padding

I have a double multiply with
x(n) with h(n)
Are h(n) with x(n)
You can do either way...
