Anyone that had the pleasure of watching the live stream with Mamma Lex quickly learned where Lex gets her musical ear from. It was the most fun I've had watching any of their streams. TY Mamma Lex, hope to see more appearances in the future.
Mum is GREAT!, Lex's mom passed on the kewl and bubbly fun genes. I knew Brad is a rock star but darn he's lucky to be surrounded by such vivacious young pretty ladies.
Your Mom is doing what all great Moms do. They remember all those moments you have together. Things that don’t seem all that important at the time but later on down the line they become a most precious and intimate moment of mother and daughter. It’s beautiful. So the best part of this song is you guys. Nice.
Bruce is a national treasure. Clarence, the sax player, was a king! May he rip. Lex’s mom is awesome and has a great ear for recognizing Bruce. Your reactions are great!
Bruuuuuce! Glad you started with his earlier stuff. He's a true poet; check his lyrics. Heartwarming to see your moms hanging out with you guys. Happy Holiday to you all!!

Mamma Lex demonstrating where Lex gets her musical appreciation. The stream was so much fun for so many reasons. I'll add my voice to the many others saying we hope that Mamma Lex will be able to join you two for more live streams in the future.
Bruce made his bones at the Jersey shore in Asbury Park. We would go see him at the Stone Pony. Asbury Park was a great music scene back in the day. Rock, blues, jazz all genres. He was so big mid 70s to mid 80s. He would just show up at local bars and play a few songs. His concerts are legendary, he will play for 3 to 4 hours. He still puts on a show like he did in his 20s and 30s. He is called the BOSS for a reason.I suggest you dig into his catalog and start with his early music. If you ever get a chance go to one of his shows. You two are great.
@@marklewen9384 hello neighbor, up at 109..Bruce has one of his houses in my town and I’ve had a few interactions with the guy and he’s a good, chill human..his shows are tremendous, to call it a party is exactly right
Born in the USA was the first Springsteen song I love. I was a boy when my family move to NJ from Napoli, the Born in the USA was a very special song to me because we want to be patriot Americans so we fit in better in our new home. Bruce is always considered "The Boss" here in NJ.
Y'all are great. You can tell Lex gets her energy and wonderful spirit from Mamma Lex. Well done Mamma Lex, well done. Lex has the best smile and laugh on the internet. Another great reaction. Can't go wrong doing any of Bruce's hits. Thanks.
It's amazing how much music we're *actually* exposed to at an early age, versus how much we retain. It's a great idea to have your mom there to provide memories and context to the artists. I love how the music takes her back! Love it ❤️
What's great about these reaction videos is you get relive the experience of hearing and seeing Springsteen for the first time. And what a great choice with Rosalita! I'll never forget the first time I saw this video when it first aired on MTV in 1984 -- I had never seen anything like it. It captures the energy and playfulness of Springsteen's live performance -- a top band clicking on all cylinders. Such joy in this performance!
That was awesome.... finding two Americans who've never heard of 'Born in the USA'! Miracles never cease 😂😂 Big up Momma Lex for knowing her shizzle! 👍🎉
This is a great song! I saw him in NY at Giant Stadium in the late 80’s. What a concert!! He was amazing. Also, I never saw “the wave” go on like at this concert. It kept going & going. It was awesome!
I love that she picked up on that. It's usually difficult to make out the words in a live performance but she picked up on a line that captures the essence of the song!
Clarence Clemmons, R.I.P. the heart and soul of the E street band. Saxophone GOD!!! Hello Mom i see where Lex gets her personality. Brad you do you man, much respect.

bruce’s whole catalog is fantastic, but I particularly love the album “darkness on the edge of town” and everything earlier (greetings from asbury park; the wild the innocent and the e street shuffle; born to run). bruce and the e street band are my favorite band of all time by a mile.

The sax player is the legendary "Big Man" of the band, Clarence Clemons. He died in 2011.
The River by Bruce is some great storytelling and one of his best.
I'm glad you picked a live version. Springsteen is one of those artists whose live performances are a multitude better than studio versions.
Nothing better than a Springsteen concert.
I was at one in 2016, it was amazing, and it's a long concert, Bruce has a lot of stamina for his years that's for sure.
