To all my fellow Ravenclaws out there: -Make sure to study with a full bottle of water. Your brain can think up to 50% faster when you're fully hydrated -Remove all visible distractions from your study place, and put your phone on do not disturb mode -Remember, just because you're a Ravenclaw doesn't mean you need to break your back over a test. Study as well as you can, but don't compromise you mental and physical health -If you plan on studying for long periods of time, grab a non messy snack and enjoy it between your breaks -If you ever need a break longer than 5 minutes, don't feel guilty. But do make sure to choose a time when you will take a break. -When taking paper notes, bring extra pencils and pens. The last thing you need is to disturb your flow by getting out of your seat. -When writing papers on your computer, make sure to save often, even if you believe your software will do it for you. and most important of all, you are loved my fellow classmates 🟦🐦⬛
I would like to add: If you're struggling with being distracted by your phone, HIDE IT! Get it out of your sight, the further the better. For example, whenever I start studying, i sit down and throw my phone across the room to my bed (in DND-mode) I've found this really helpful, hopefully others will too :)

"Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure" - I'm at home with the smell of parchment, ink, quill and especially books!! :-) I am always greatly surprised and relieved when the Sorting Hat keeps selecting me for Ravenclaw House. I never assumed that I'd be intelligent enough for the high-brow bookworms, so it's a particular delight! Also, I think we have the nicest Common Room with the best views of Hogwarts. [Except for the Hufflepuffs as I could happily sneak into their cottage-like rural home for a cosy hot chocolate or something!]. :-) 😍🥰😎

Di norma detesto i rumori quando studio, preferisco farlo in un ambiente sterile e afono, tuttavia ringraziando i saldi e il negozio che ho sotto casa, gli spazi della mia abitazione sono costantemente invasi dalla musica ed ecco che un paio di cuffiette ed un luogo amico mi consentono comunque di continuare ad apprendere. Reading Plutarch's biography of Caesar as the final assignment of a long day of studying. This helps me so much by giving me short breaks to relieve my brain. I don't think people understand how intensive history as a major is lol.
i love listening to this but i have to say that the quill on paper sound reminds me so much of the sound that the ticket eating machine used to make at chuck e cheese
