My workflow includes Openart - Elevenlabs - Luma AI. I use these three websites and tools to create the consistent characters, change the expressions and head angles, create the soundtrack and voice for our characters and lastly use Luma AI's Dream machine to turn the images into animation and video.

Use the inpainting/outpainting inside Openart (same page as the Expression Changer). There are other solutions if it doesn't work for you with this one. ❤☃️

Use img-to-vid AI where you can input the first and last frame. It will create an animation between your 2 frames and it will be pretty consistent. I released a video on that on my channel, (Thumbnail is a woman in black & white). ❤️☃️
