    I started my plant based journey after I asked Source how I could raise my vibration. They told me to stop eating dead things. I was at the height of my fitness career and was looking for more ways to get Energy. After fasting I noticed that if I broke my fast with any animal product, my energy would plummet. It was the opposite with plants. That was nearly 10 years ago. I am now at the stage of removing nightshades. It's been an interesting journey 😅

    Wow.. 😳 I'm still a meat eater and this video is a LOT to process... Very few people in my environment are vegetarians even less vegans... I'll sart with gluten and red meat.. Even this is going to earn me some weird looks, but I feel a calling to start going down this road so fingers crossed... 😊 Thank you Mariya for sharing these infos with us!❤

    I watched until the end. This speaks directly to what I’m physically experiencing with painful gut issues, no longer being able to stomach alcohol, coffee, heavy foods, etc. I can barely eat, for several weeks now. All I want is like fruits, veggies, and brothy soups!

      I have IBS. When I levelled up on my spiritual journey. For over 2 years non stop suffering different issues, inflammation in the 'back track' , ended up in emergency in hospital and guess what 🤔 nothing found, blood tests ok. I was released home with prescription for medication for migrane🤦‍♀️ which has more serious side effects than benefits. I stopped eating. I developed phobia to not feel that pain again. I found Kinesiologist who examined me and directed me towards food I can eat. I live now IBS diet life and my issues nearly faded. Wishing you all to make healthy choices in your diet💜

      I also started having gut issues as a reaction to food even though I DO NOT EAT JUNK PER SE. All of a sudden, my body does not want meat, coffee, cheese. Something to do with wnergy shifts
      And my appetite decreased even though I have never been a big eater. I don't want to lose weight 😫 amd I do have problem finding food that is really nutrient dense but light.

    If this information seems a bit daunting but you’d like to get started, I have some baby steps that made it pretty easy for me to quit meat. 1. Stop eating meat from restaurants and only buy meat from local farmers or a health store that has high quality meat (grass fed, healthy animals) it might help you take this step if you become aware of factory farming and how many of these animals are fed trash 2. Eat less meat, starting with only once a day then once a week for a “special” meal 3. Cut out all red meat, then pork, then chicken, then fish/sea food. 4. Begin to substitute dairy with nut milks. This is as far as I’ve gotten and I still eat sushi occasionally and cheese almost every day, but milk started to feel gross so I’m sure I will naturally phase out cheese when I’m ready, especially since it feels harder and harder to digest. We are all in this together, and as Saturn reminded me yesterday, entering a new paradigm is difficult because you have to break through the existing momentum, so keep in mind your ascension path may not always be easy. But once you’re on the other side, it feels so good.

      Yoga helped me to organically let go one by one in the order Mariya explains density wise.. so the more I practiced yoga the less I craved the heavy foods and they just fell away from my "wanting" and needing 💫

      @@anitaopel3435I just made macaroni and “cheese” with nutritional yeast but I have never seen or heard of nut cheese. I shop at “health” food stores that carry vegan options. Where do you get your nut cheese?

    Some current humans "eat" like this now. I met a man who mostly just eats the sun. Incredibly powerful. He was able to cure my headache several rooms away.

    i went vegan for 7 years after having this exact download about a decade ago and now eat meat again ! for me, i got too "light" for my mission, which is involved in the matrix. my body craved density, so i went back to meat and never looked back. my moon cycle also became much more robust again, even though i was on a whole foods, plant based balanced diet. there are many nuances to this. do what's best for you and your body.

    When I experienced a spiritual awakening for the first time, this is exactly what I was thinking in terms of living off the sunlight! I was manifesting things right away, walking and being outside constantly and needed little sleep. Food felt strange and wrong to eat, I would literally spit things out if it was sometbing heavy and I couldn't handle it. Thank you for all this information, so excited to be on this journey of light and love ❤️
    I definitely needed to pace myself more, like you mentioned. I dove in way too fast and it was just too much for my body and mind and ended up going in the opposite direction and dealing with depression and other dense energetic experiences. Go easy and slow :)

    I'm so glad you covered this. I've been getting these messages in my sleep, and making changes. I am at fruitarian and mostly raw stage myself, but haven't yet been able to explain the 'why' to others, without getting 'that look' from them lol. But I keep progressing, as I do feel the urgency to get there.

    Great reminder! I used to be fruit and random salads no nightshades, only for 10 years, fasting and dry fasting, until I got married, then my husband changed me!!🤦🏼‍♀️😱😳 my health has gone to shit!!     So many things racing through my mind! WOW. Just. Wow. I thought of the Garden of Eden when you were talking about all the eliminating that needs to be done. I’ve known a lot of this for a long time, and then some of it really really surprised me and actually hit my heart hard. Like nightshades, soy, what gluten is and does! I was a vegan in the 90’ s and 2000’s and didn’t even know it lol. I also raised my boys that way and without corn or dairy as much as I could. But all the alternatives then we’re soy! Soy ice cream, soy milk … I had had a breast reduction at 17 I had always had to supplement with formula but then my last daughter had soy formula! (I had considered accepting milk from my best friend at the time and I wish I had). But I was SO criticized and bullied for how I ate and for how I fed my children. I also didn’t vaccinate them. It was a hard journey and I am so happy people are evolving more now and it is not as looked down on. I’m 49 and have gone back and forth with food. I literally live in a small town surrounded by corn and soybean farmers! We moved here for my husband‘s job 15 years ago and I have felt like a prisoner and weighed down since then. I have been watching your videos for sometime now and knew I wasn’t quite ready to hear what you had to say in this one so I kept passing it lol. So today was the day! I could go on and on lol. It’s hard because I’m too and very spiritually gifted and I’ve been holding myself back because I don’t know where to start. It’s like I keep peeking behind the curtain and I keep getting prompted to just rip it open and see it all, but energetically I am so sensitive to all of it, like needing to wait for this video. I really appreciate you so much. Thank you so much for sharing all that you do. 💞
    If you have time, could you answer if praying and blessing food helps? I have always believed it did and also try to make my food with love. ❤️ I would love to know your thoughts.     I starting cheering when you said sweet potatoes were ok!!! And buckwheat is my favorite taste of cereal. The supplements I am taking are for herbs for liver support and cleansing, and vitamins D & B & C, and calcuim. All the highest quality with no alcohol tinctures.

    This is such a wonderful episode. When I started listening to you a year ago I converted to a vegan diet. January of this year I went through a Functional Medicine program in an effort to heal my thyroid. The program placed me on the very diet you have described here, with the exception of rice which they are okay with. They did however add other items not mentioned in the podcast into the cleanse. The program identified health problems I didn't even know I had. After completing it I have lost 40 pounds, healed my liver, rid my cholesterol problem, rid my inflammation (which btw is the cause of the majority of illnesses which you probably knew), fixed a hormonal imbalance, and my thyroid is improved! I know that was lengthy but I'm here to say that for any listeners who may not feel prepared to do this switch for spiritual reasons, the medical and scientific reasons are abundant. Plus if you go through a program like I did, they provide all of the supplements you need to do this in a healthy way while monitoring you.

      @janebovary3560 I ate alot of beans, rice, fruits and vegetables (except for nightshades), gluten free oats, Quinoa, and sweet potatoes. Oils needed to be either olive, coconut, or avocado. It's difficult but so much better for your overall health and lifespan.

      I'd be curious to hear about this too. I've researched alternative spf like carrotseed oil and other essential oils since SPF has a bunch of Carcinogens in them :)

      I also read about the oils and carrotseeds with the highest and coconut with the lowest block factor.
      My local shop only had avocado which I'm trying out, feels better that the coconut I used for many years but doesn't seem to be enough for my face no more.

    So thorough! Ive been struggling in my transition but yes, I did too much too soon and failed. So I could describe myself as a failed vegan for a while but not anymore. Thanks for this fantastic overview. I have lived by pieces here and there the information you have presented. Still, in such a disruptive manner that my system had to get back to default, meat eater...I would do steps 1, and 2 on steps 4 and 3 and discovered nutrition through the sun which even at this point, even me being a hot mess has been a turning point. I can see myself getting there! I do appreciate all the input. Blessings!

    Your video just confirmed, what I intuitively know, and try to do all my life. But obsticals are thrown in my life, where I had to change my diet. I always start eating meet and white flour when I have stress at work and so...so I decided not work that much 😂 and instead to think of food and cooking it and eating it, i started to paint.😂
    As a teenager I tried not to eat. Then as I growing older I am in and out of eating meet, being vegetarian, vegan, on raw...I tried everything.
    I watch for years people around the world who are breatherians. We have quite a few in Czechia and Slovakia where I am from.
    Only last moth or so I started to eat only between 4 hours in the morning and after that I don't eat . Only drink a herbal tea with no sugar or nothing...and one day in the week I don't eat at all. And this is not for first time I am trying to eat like that. (once in a day), but I guess because I tried it so many times, FOR THE FIRST TIME I THINK IT STARTED TO WORK. I DON'T FEEL HUNGER. I actually don't want to eat in the morning....it is exactly how you said. The body adapts over the years . I don't eat meet ir fish or drink any alcohol, but still very rarely eating bread, pasta or rice....but after seeing your video I want to try to eat only fruits and vegetable. Fruits raw, vegetable I cook. Because I don't like salads.....

    I can't begin to tell you 😊❤ how truly grateful I am for this video , at first I thought I am in urgent need of a doctors appointment .
    I started eating salads to help me drop weight & now its become a habit .
    Since I was younger I couldn't get my family to understand why I have multiple food aversions.

    Thank you so much for this message, this was really what my consciousness already known but it wasn't structured. This is what i feel I'm being called right now to take change. I was between vegetarian and vegan. But i had not so good food behaviours, and i knew i wanted to change, but didn't see the path. Also i always wondered about more people starting to be intolerant to lactose and gluten, but didn't understand spiritually why.

    I’m so, so, so grateful for this content. Thank you! Going vegan and eliminating nightshades has been easy and eating raw during warm months feels natural but it’s the gluten in sweets that gets me. The parasites love it. Now that I know and can see them in my digestive tract it has made it easier to forego those foods but I still have bad days. This was such an eye opener to take my diet more seriously. I know I can be doing a lot better. After a week of very clean eating 1 raw meal a day is what makes me feel my best. I just need a little more will power so once again thank you beautiful Mariya!     Nuts and seeds and fat in general
    More about all the veggies, onions, mushshrooms, roots *carrots and beets and from that family, kale, all of it, how does they affect us
    And is there some cooced or prossesed foods that are better to eat and eating nightshades (raw/cooked)
    And following up questioning about prana eating, will we stil be drinking water, or will that also go?

    This is true 💯 homoluminous. I’ve seen my own light body with my physical eyes open. My Ego has been resisting going to veganism but I’m being gentle with it and transitioning slowly. My body already knows as I feel nauseated by meat (this is from a former steak lover). At the end of the day I just want to feel good and lighter and not harm my body.

      Also “food for thought.” When you start having dreams about your past lives as an animal, dreams of being a sheep and being afraid of slaughter, you suddenly realize the truth of the fear/karma embedded in the meat/dairy we eat.

      perhaps because of too much acidic/citrusy foods only? m not claiming m just enquiring, have you looked into specific fruits that could be causing this? or underlying dental issues as too much change too soon can do that too@@ziya5952

    Wow, I haven't heard some of the things from someone else, like the nightshades. Thank you for your insights! I am going to try ditching gluten and the rest to move towards frutarian to see how it feels. I had some serious attempts already, but I went back after having heavy detox symptoms. I believe with gradual steps and patience I can make a difference. I got so curious about people that are able to live pranically, but that is still far for me. I love to charge though from the sun and being so much lighter in summer :)

    Since I’ve started this path of awakening and spiritual growth I noticed that my body (that has been giving me signs my whole life: IBS, insomnia, anxiety, fatigue) has been connecting to spirit more often and I start to feel I can’t tolerate some foods or drinks. It’s so hard to escape this condition nevertheless. Giving up meat seems so hard but I know it’s just a conditioning. Last year I felt I can’t tolerate alcohol anymore, even wine makes me sick, I’ve been gradually trying to drink less and less coffee (down to one a day) and last week after returning from a weekend in Paris with a friend all I craved was fruit! I see now after this video what’s happening!
    I feel a bit stuck with my evolution and I keep asking universe what’s the next step? This is it. I need to get off processed sugars and after I know I will be on my path.

    I stopped eating meat in January and I've gradually given up gluten and dairy which was a hard step I need to give up cheese.. but I've just given up fish so hopefully by the time January comes I'll be full on raw.. I'm pretty sure my guides want me to be the 10% but they are pushing me because of my health, which I need ❤❤
