I always wished hand fishing in Louisiana was legal. When I worked on the red river as a lock and damn operator I caught a 75lbs flathead barehanded in Red River just south of the Lock chamber in Coushatta. But dont tell nobody. My grandpa Earl always said that once you lose your fingers from a logger head. You start noodling with your toes instead😂
