    This talk moved me to tears. After a very long time, perhaps even for the very first time, I felt my emotions were not enemies pricking away at my peace of mind, but my well-wishers here to teach me something about myself.     Bringing in Komkarsheet Japa is wonderful - this is also part of daily Sandyavandanam - when done consciously helps us be alert to our emotions of Kama & Krodha (thus the daily Sandhya becomes a personal-therapy in its own right - what a design passed down by the Rishis to mankind 🙏🏻).
