Sir, WBCAP does not want that Students of Assam and Other Boards should get the opportunity to apply in WBCAP. It has done no homework required to add Other Boards in the Portal and they are not ready to listen and rectify. This is unfortunate. If they don't want Students of other Boards to apply, they state clearly. But they are playing tactical games with the emotions of the Students. Very Unfortunate and mean-minded approach. I condemn this strongly.
