The play of light on Bella's skin is amazing. Also the way you make the plain looking environment either blend in or transform into something worthwhile is an unique skill 💪
Her dress has interesting texture which is highlighted by the simple location. Additionally, it is hard to style black boots but it was pulled off wonderfully here. LOVE the styling and tips in this video!
Always great content! How are you recording the screen from your camera (first couple seconds of this video bottom right video)? I dont see any recorders connected to camera.
Recently got myself almost brand new A7C with a Sigma 35mm 1.4 Art. Your photography and amazing reviews have definitely encouraged me to pull the trigger. Thank you for making great content!
Lol, you against the cupboard with the 85, that's me all the time for full body shots of jumping dancers in my studio 😂. But hey, it might be small but it gets the job done! Will be testing out some wide compositions soon. Great video!
@juliatrotti Beautiful work! The 85 1.4 GM is such a wonderfully dreamy lens. I love how much control over the background it gives you, and how softly the foreground and background transition at f/1.4. It's very exciting that Sony is coming out with the mark II version very soon (although I wish they were releasing a 1.2). How do you feel about the softer look that the 85 GM gives you for portraits vs what newer lenses like the 135 GM or 50 1.2 GM give you? It's very interesting that you chose it for a small space. I love shooting with it indoors, but it can be hard to get enough distance with that lens. It really forces you into some very different compositions!
Thank you for such an amazing video! I'm a self-taught photographer who shoots fashion & events. I currently shoot on Sony A7III with a 35mm 1.8 lens. What lens would you suggest I invest in next? I'm thinking a 24-70mm would be good but not too sure!
Amazing video! Love all your videos! what is the device you use to record your screen? I didn't see it this time but in other videos you have it plugged in. And it is so clear!
^ I adore your vids and learned so much so far. Two things.... what would be a good lens that isn't too large to take with you on trips that takes sharp photos of faces and includes backgrounds when you visit places? I have a Sony a6400 with the small kit lens- which size I love but I know isn't the best of course. I know you said a fav of yours was a 35mm one. But, that's way to big. I've read good thinks about Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 which is a bit still too big. But, I think it's easier to travel with that other bigger ones. I don't plan to buy multiple lens as I want to use it for family events( holidays/bdays) and for travel (for me I just want sharp faces of people on trips which of course the Sony kit lens didn't cut it). So any suggestions would be helpful or if you want to make a vid on good compact lens
I currently don't have any plans to make a video about it as I don't have access to the lens unfortunately. But I will post about it to my stories if I get my hands on the lens to let everyone know if there is a review on the way :)
@@juliatrotti i got this lens, it‘s amazing! GMII quality pictures and af, slightly drawback are the lowered fps on a1 and a9, but i‘m shooting with the a7iv, so it doesn‘t affect me 👌🏻
Thanks! It would be like the 35mm but you would see even more of the studio. IMO it can be hard to work with indoors like this because you want a balance of being able to see parts of the background, but not making it too distracting

How are you recording you camera screen? Could you make a youtube short explaining?
Maybe a wireless transmitter connected to atomos ninja?
Seriously... when i clicked this video, the first thing i noticed was the internal camera recording.. like how is she doing that without the cable🤣
Another easy way is use your cameras remote app and screen record you phone
She probably using the atomos ninja
There is no atmos on her camera

Thanks for video! How to Record video from a74? Creator's app?
Nice tutorial. I wonder how a 20 or 24mm would work in such a small space.

Try CPL portrait photography
What filter were you using on the 35/1.4?
B+W UV Filter.
How were you recording your screen with nothing attached?
