I’ve been inactive for 10+years, in the past 2 years though things have happened that have made me consider going back to the church. I don’t know why I thought to look for this song. I don’t know if I’ll go back but I will say, this is a beautiful rendition of this song.

This is one of my favorite hymns. I've memorized it in French, and quite frequently play and sing the French version on here. It's amazing, the way the Spirit still speaks peace to your heart when listening to a hymn that's not in your native tongue!
When we joined the Church now almost 50 years ago we sang this at the baptismal service. On my mission I learned it in Spanish and everytime I sang it or still hear it, it reinforces my faith!
