Finally, someone speaks the truth. Thanks for sharing your experience, man.. I know there is a downside as well, but this helps me get a clearer picture of the living conditions there. Your contents are amazing. How can we stay connected? Is there a specific channel to reach you?

1800 EUR warm for the furnished apartment with 4 rooms? Comparing it to the current price, its seems pretty good !) I'm planning to relocate to Munich next month, and the best offer I've found so far is 1950 EUR for a 2-room apartment, all-inclusive (through Mr. Lodge)
Hi, yes. This is good price, but you cannot get it on mrLodge. But, to be fair, if you're just relocating, mrLodge is the best option. Then you can switch to more "adequate" accommodation. P.S. Next week on Wed. there will be video on this channel which will explain the situation. You can check it.
Thank you for the video. Could you suggest me some advice how and where to look for the similar apartment in Munich? I'm just looking for and it's quite difficult. Thanks
Hello mate, my wife received a work offer to move from Spain to Munich...housing and car included...we have 2 kids so we prefer more housing space rather to be right in the downtown....Wich areas do you recommend near Munich with good neighborhoods for families and also well connected with public transportation?? About cars is there renting or leasing options available? Just to pay a monthly fee and forget about insurance, TUV, mechanic and extra costs? Thanks for your info, I found it valuable in this point of our journey!
Hi, rent prices in suburbs of Munich often higher then flats in centre of Munich). Actually, all suburb areas are more or less the same in terms of life quality. So you can choose any place which suits your budget. More southern areas are more expensive. Considered to be luxury location. Car leasing mostly used for Legal Entities I don't know examples of leasing to private persons. You can take so called auto-abo instead. The same thing as leasing, but you cannot buy-out the car in the end of contract.
There are long-term rental constructions, but most people suffer with expensive repairs, huge new-car depreciations, insurance, garage... even if virtually you can lease a car for cheap. Many people does not have a car at all, with all that benefits or savings. Moving with 2 kid would need a really good salary, and usable german skills on both parents side.
I checked in Fact Munich is cheaper than Los Angeles which I like and it's super expensive over there. In fact, California is one of the most expensive states in the US and that's why many people want to move out of LA to go to Texas,Utah where it's like 4 times cheaper.
@@GermanInsiderLike Gas prices are super high like once it was like almost 7 dollars for a gallon of gas . But the good thing is in 2024 the Minimum wage is going to be raised to $16 an hour and for fast food workers it’s $20 an hour Starting April 1st 2024 it’s a good thing so then they can cope with high taxes and cost of living over here. These laws will go into effect during the 1st quarter of 2024.
@@GermanInsider Hi may I ask you one more question ? , If my work is at Gilching, where is the best place to live for budget around 1500 Eur. Thanks you
Relocation consultant and reputable company needed to get chance renting. Amount is good for single, even you can start in hotel or serviced apartment. Do not date and do not marry unless the partner has above average salary and chance of renting a common (child-suirable) appartment.
@@GermanInsider The wages are 3 times higher here, plus lower taxes, look at the amount of Germans living and working here,l guess that answers that question, Die sogenannte Deutsche Fachkräfte sind am auswandern, forget Germany its finished
Looks promising. I've checked salaries, in IT they are really 30% higher. The taxes are lower and flat prices do not differ too much from Munich. But anyway, I need to get German citizenship first. This is my nearest goal here.
great vid!

Yes, I also heard that prices went out of control in California. I mean, the prices are not aligned with salaries.

Looks like fuel prices in USA are a bit lower than here. And lowest salary is significantly bigger.
Yes cali is expensive , but worth every penny if anyone can afford it.
Also consider income
Hello, I got an offer around 4000 euros net. Company is at Gilching. I will come with family (2 kids). Do you think is this ok in Munich ?
Thanks
Hi, yes this is enough for decent lifestyle. The only thing, probably you will not have much money for savings each month.
@@GermanInsider Hi, Thanks you very much for the reply.

All small towns around Munich are good. So I would live in Gilching. I was there couple of times, and this is nice place.
@@GermanInsider Thanks you so much for your reply.
I received an offer from a technology company equal to 3800 euros net per month as a single person. Should I evaluate?
If you’re single, you can live on that sum pretty comfortable here.
How difficult is it to find a house to rent? :)@@GermanInsider
Depends what you want. Budget. How many rooms. Generally hard but possible.
