@Muddicker before covid fiji was always winning 7s because of the change in management...the problem with fiji rugby is management and money fiji rugby the higher ups are all corrupted the people that run fiji rugby are all corrupted if you give fiji the management and budget of high tier teams like South Africa New Zealand Ireland and Australia fiji would be a force to be reckoned with...before in 7s we had overseas management thats why we dominated for years imagine if we had the same for 15s

1.Bring the taro plant, cut the root and cut the leaves and stem.
Boil the root and separate port you boil the leaves and stem.
2.Cut the pig meat and throw into the cooked taro leaves and stem.
3.Boil the fish, scrap the coconut and squeeze into the fish port.
4.Boil the cassava.
5.Put the taro and cassava in one plate.
6.Eat the pork and fish and eat the taro and cassava too.
Breakfast
Lemon tea, Boiled yam and boiled leaves.
Lunch
Boiled leaves and boiled fish
Tasks:
Walk to every where dont use cars.
