there is no word limit guideline for every particular topic. you have to make your whole Report file in 3000-3500 words maximum. So you can manage your topics according to your project volume. Observation & data collection are important points, so you can explain it a little more than other topics. data collection & data analysis are part of methodology but you write it separately.
Questionnaire should be attached in project file or separate file ?
You may briefly reference the questionnaire in your MAIN PROJECT REPORT FILE , and subsequently, provide a comprehensive elaboration of it within your SURVEY REPORT FILE.
