These nose exercises are incredible. I did them eight days consecutively and have been doing twice weekly tune-ups in the past two weeks and see tremendous improvement in the shape of my nose. It’s true that I find my nose to be slimmer, narrower and more elegant. I’m a youthful 74 and am very grateful for Aysel’s techniques. Thank you so much! ❤

I didn't know it is possible to train the nose tip, in order to model it and raise it. I'd like to know if there is a technique that I might use in conjunction, for its pores reduction. Thank you for the vid ❤

On step # 5 I wouldn't recommend using different size fingers because it could make your nose uneven so I would use two thumbs instead 👍

It's probably fibrotic tissue that created these lumps. But I can't tell you for sure because I need to see it for myself.
