- Project sailboat, Achilles 24ft sailing yacht.
I have compiled a short video of my first boat works in the winter of 2017/18.
Wish, I could have shown the full version beginning to end sadly at the time, RUclips wasn't on the cards, it is only the last 8 months I decided to learn the dark arts of vlogging.
I bought a boat, one beautiful 24 ft Achilles sailing yacht named ''Thetis''.
She was in need of a make over, everything had become worn with age sails, ropes, you name it, she required it for the Madventures I had planned.
Freshen up her make up and buy new clothes.
Shes my baby.
Later in the sailing season everyone gets to meet my saviour who apeared out of the summer storms of August 2018.

Just looking into buying the same boat for my family for summer trips, be my 1st ever boat
The A24 was my first bigger boat, very forgiving, very safe and a great sea boat. Go for it!

As we all know, boats are an ongoing project. Ha Ha.
I never re-enforced the forestay never thought it would require re-enforcing, I Have had the sails out in around force 6+ been good. Do you get a lot of trouble with this part?
The boat has been fantastic and took me on some decent journeys, Love It.
