@harstem I have a suggestion for blizzard that would fix hackers and a big problem with the ladder: smurfs. 1) new ranking should start from masters down, not other way around. 2) if you leave the game before five minutes you GAIN MMR, not lose it. 3) Set an inactivity timer for four minutes that forces a win for both players and increases their mmr. One might complain that we’d have a bunch of masters accounts that are nothing but leavers, yet I doubt it; theres no satisfaction to be gained. Hackers would instantly be playing people that can beat them even with their hacks. And smurfs can no longer Smurf. Cheers!

Well, in the lower leagues of Europe everyone is a maphacker, they don't use the camera, they don't use the hotkeys, they build ninja bases... Make them a tutorial. That with an EPM of 23 to 30 they make you lose. In months you don laught...
Hmm in NA smurfing is really common, so it's hard to tell when you lose to a "bad" strategy whether it's because you suck or the opponent's cheating or just a smurf whose mechanics are good enough to win with any dumb strategy.
I would say a good gaming chair, paired with good intuition. Nothing suspicious here. And the clicks in the fog - he TRAINS to where he has to click LATER, when he is attacking, so he can bind them to keys. Totally ok, in my opinion.
If it's protoss and the hacker is not a protoss then it's very hard to tell what building the protoss are warping in. This may be why the hacker doesn't "look" so much at the buildings themselves.

Harstem extractor trick isn't this horrible thing you make it out to be. It's almost the same as just not doing an extractor trick, econ-wise. Sure I don't recommend doing it but it's not a big deal. If people really want to eek out a little extra income for free, they should focus on doubling up workers on close mineral patches, I remember pros like idra ignoring this for years when I told them about it but finally people figured out it's good. But not enough people do it still.
