    This is what I've been looking for - no plinking 'music box' nonsense.
    Just deep, resonant, ambient sound. Entraining breath to the parasympathetic nervous system rhythms.
    Deep. Slow. Quiet. Even breaths. Thank you for posting this.

    This is the best meditative, calm, hypnotic, focus music I've come across. There are no chirping birds, or piercing piano notes, or chimes, or shrill sound effects that some composers strangely incorporate. My days typically end with this recording playing in my headphones while I breath and quiet my mind. It's perfect for that. Great work ... thank you!

    Thank you so much for this! The best sleep for me are the low tones. I wish there were more of them. Some music out there has some very nice low frequency sounds and then they ruin it by throwing in tinkle'y piano sounds or bells or other high pitched sounds. How is that conductive to sleep?! I guess I just like them best when they are low.

    I had an traumatic brain injury when I was six years old and had a near death experience. I was laid on a table in a near the accident site, and was brought back to life by the emergency people. While I was on the table, I could see a little boy laying on the table from above. I saw another entity, with wings, and it show me how to glide like a bird. I glided around the room and when I got close and saw who it was, I returned to my body. For years later I could create an OOBE by lying still and humming a low mum what I can now recognize as a delta wave frequency. I have no desire to have an OOBE, but it sound still gives me comfort. At 72 years old I have trouble sleeping at night and these sounds are relaxing, though for short periods of time.

I was suppose to walk to school with my older brothers, but they had left without me. I can remember walking in the tracks of a truck, near the edge of the gravel road and seeing a school bus coming at me. It was a few days before Christmas and the snow was real deep and walking in the vehicle tracks was easier and faster to and less precarious to walk. The road has steep hills and was an old indian trail that followed along side of a river. My family was real poor and had no vehicle, so we not adverse to walking over ten miles to the nearest larger town, thus walking was how we got anywhere.

This positive effect is like having a sound embrace & a foundational feeling/sense of being received, with these solid, soothing low tones. The higher tones can stir up anxiety & too much thinking if done in a certain way which can be really off putting.

    A lot of these so called “sleep” music tracks on youtube are awfully high pitched and actually end up keeping me awake. This is nice and relaxing and got all the low notes needed. No unnecessarily high pitched sounds to disturb. 10/10 😎

    Oddly low frequency helps epileptic people. 0-10hz is best in animal studies l. I listen to music anyway and managed to find you! You don’t have the generalized “sleep” music attached. 4:15 and I’m already feeling relaxed. If you become my lullaby I’ll be back again!

    I listen to many different types of sleep inducing sounds and prefer the lower frequencies to the normal white noise types. But I always return to this one on a regular basis. I know have a small soundbar on my bed frame that makes this sound awesome and gets me to sleep really quickly.

    You will need a descent pair of good wood bass reflex sound boxes with 12" woofers so your body can feel the low vibrations., around 20Hz. And go for soft dome tweeters. Much more pleasent.

    Oh god I'm so glad this exists. I work in a loud environment, come home to loudness (includes TVs, talking, etc etc) and high pitched sounds hurt my ears. I also sort of have/had tinnitus, so low pitch stuff is amazing. Not in a synesthesia way, but lower pitch sounds are warmer?? Sort of?

    After 6 years of trying every sleep music track available on yourube.. THIS. I've finally found the PERFECT frequency and low-bass track for light sleepers like myself, who are woken up by any change in loudness, and higher-pitched notes. Only problem - it's not loud enough! Even with headphones and everything turned up. 😔 How could I obtain a louder version of this? I would love to pay for it 🙏

    • @durjam3734
      @durjam3734 5 лет назад +6

      It is very loud - I think its probably because the frequency is at the edge of your hearing range so u cant here all of it

    • @SirMrShanks
      @SirMrShanks 5 лет назад

      @@durjam3734 i dont think its loud, I'm 19 so have full hearing range. I think perhaps you are older and consider this to be loud. We want it to be window shakingly loud, so loud that we are completely enveloped in bass.

      Still sounds sorta booming in my ear (which is a good thing) Is how I'd describe it for me. That's at half volume with earphones
      And at same volume I can hear lowest of 15 - 18hz with same volume

    • @SCuttherapper
      @SCuttherapper 5 лет назад +7

      You can download the track as mp3 and then increase the volume with audacity. It takes a while to find an online downloader which can download such long videos, but it's possible
