Played this music while going to sleep thinking and seeing the pain drifting away. My husband came two hours later to bed and asked me to turn it off. My pain was gone, hasn’t come back at all.
Coincidentally it was when went through a reconditioning with alcohol as it was a gateway drug for me. Sleep music is part of my life. And audio books helped tremendously.
102 days sober today, just found this and am about to go to sleep and BAM. Right where I need to be when I need to be. In a society that pushes that poison on us, it's not easy. But it's worth it. 🙏

This brought the pain down on a migraine almost immediately! I was in for a bad night until I found this!!! By using it 2 times in a row I became pain-free! Please make it longer for those of us who need it through out the night❤❤❤ Thank you SO much!!!

3 hours is perfect for a deep sleep. I wake extremely refreshed without remembering when I fell asleep. I do find that I need to switch sound tracks every couple of nights for it to continue to work as well.
There is something about vibrations that really seem necessary for my nervous system. Similar to the sounds that monks make, or Indians. My body yearns to live in that culture. To dance around a fire. But I need a culture where women are leaders in thier own areas too. Men are the warriors, and women I don’t know? Because I’m an interior designer business owner so what kind of leader could I be in another culture such as the monks and Indians that are living more primitively because I’m attracted to cultures that can shout out randomly and dance and move and be free, and be with nature. With no worries to what people might think of them. No need to have to impress. It’s hard to find people who can just be free, especially being a professional business woman. When I’m free people think I’m odd. So I don’t fit in anywhere. I’m 1/16th Indian and I always feel like my ancestors are calling to me.
You know you can convert this to MP3-4 and download it to your device. Just an FYI. Also can turn on the loop and play it all... night. That's what I did... 💜💯

Just when I'm about to fall into sleep I'm brought bolt upright by a damnable ad! I understand that video creators want to be paid but what good is a video that's designed to help one sleep when it's interrupted by a sudden and loud commercial?! I won't be back.
Were you referring to the legendary Captain Dale Snodgrass who held the record for the most hours in the F14 tomcat? And was killed last year in a general aviation accident ? I recvd my Comm and CFI in Navy Flying Club T-34 B 1986.
I always thought i know exactly how to love and some time ago i realised most of the people also knew how to receive love. But they are just so ungreateful and selfish to love back properly. They dont wanna be loved dont even care a lil bit about it. They just wanna have control over you to make sure that everything happens as they wish and like.

Go under settings…advanced (last on list) and then select “loop”. Turn it on. It’ll loop at least twice; sometimes more.
