How to inject a contact in a Journey using the Marketing Cloud REST API and Postman.
In this video we are going to execute the essential steps to leverage the Marketing Cloud REST API.
Step 1: Creation of an API package in SFMC
Step 2: Set-up of a log Data Extension (to keep track of contacts added to the journey from the API)
Step 3: Creation of a Journey that use the widget 'API Source' as entry event
Step 4: Set-up of the API requests in Postman

Great stuff! BTW - the fixed for the Postman variable issue is to USE 'Current value' instead of 'Initial value' when configuring the variables in Postman OR using Environment Variables. 😉
You are doing great job. Keep making some more detailed videos on SFMC❤
Very helpful info, thanks👍
estoy comenzando en esto, me sirvio mucho tu video! gracias!
Thank you for the video,
You are saying external data entry to journey via postman but you are taking the contact key from the salesforce marketing cloud. If the contact key doesn't exist in the subscriber table (SFMC) then how can we fire an event ? I am trying to understand.
