I miss their old metalcore style. Was a big part of my youth and find it so nostalgic. But i'm glad they've finally settled into a style they like. I knew danny was always a rock guy at heart, i'm happy for them!
I gotta admit it was 🔥 but the raw emotion and how I personally can connect to the recent stuff, is astounding. I can’t pick between the two tbh they’ve straight up given us music for every and any emotional journey we maybe going through 🤘
@Shayne I Dunno. I think Danny always preferred this style of music. In interviews going way back, he always said he was inspired by rock music. It's the reason why from death til destiny leaned more towards a rock style in most songs, that and his voice was damaged. him leaving and forming we are harlot was a big sign he wasn't truly happy making metalcore also. I think the emo metalcore style was super popular I the late 00s, and they wanted to capitalise on that. It just so happens that they made some of the best.
As a day one fan I love that we have acoustic stuff to chill too, I think my favorite of the new acoustics is never gonna learn. Still waiting for that album savior was on DANNY
This album was the soundtrack to a very tough time in my life, that turned out to be transformative, helped me find myself and true happiness. This song, this version, is pure emotion. Absolute perfection!

@@trystynmccormick9433 At no point did I say that Denis had to return to the band but I did mention that the new singer has to be introduced on Asking, because Denny unfortunately is recording pop rock songs of very low quality repetitive and dull songs that have lost the essence of the band. of course you shouldn't go back to emo you shouldn't go back to the emo phase Because it was a phase but you have to go back to Hard Rock to have respect with the fans and with all those who love. This band the way it is it's horrible the views w in dropped a lot and also the esc is a total decay we can see with the videoclip totally horrible compared to the previous ones when they were in Sumerian records.

They were my favorite back in high school and tbh i didnt really get into their newer stuff at first, i was def one of those fans that were super salty they weren't doing metalcore anymore haha, but then i later on found myself really enjoying a lot of hard rock and when they released LaHoF i was absolutely stunned, it was around the time i was growing up into an adult so when i listened to it it felt like they grew up with me, so they instantly became my favorite again 💜
