After a couple of years of using non tradition lights to do my talking head segments on my channel, I have finally got an video specific video and wow, game changer. With that said, its nice to see a video like this talking about lighting etc. Very cool seeing how you added lights to daytime scenes and still kept it so natural. Nice work!
Wow, AWESOME video! Also did you happen to do a test outdoors with the model where the sun is behind her and the 1200 is the key yet you stopped the iris down a bunch to darken the sky back to blue instead of white? Cuz it was looking a bit washed out in some regards. Just curious! Thanks
Hey! I have XH2S too and was wondering if i could ask what settings you use for the talking head parts? Also great video! Love watching all your new ones
Its pros res, 24fps, iso 1250 but Its not about the settings! Its the lighting, lensing and position of the camera! I can make a video about my setup of that would be helpful
Hi, thanks for your content. Could you tell me which production monitor you use, please? Or if you have one to recommend that can output in 6K. Thanks.
There no reason to output 6k for viewing. 4k is just enough. Besides there is no camera or transmission system that can output 6k. 12g SDI is limited to 4k and hdmi is limited too. I use the smallhd cine 13 monitor. It can take a 4k signal
@@CineDailies so even a new 600d version 2 will not have wb tint control ? Do you think aputure meant a new 600d version 2 was on the way when aputure mention new lights are coming in the 1200x announcement right at the end of the live announcement ?
@@creativegreatsvisuals they just released the 600c pro ii. Its brighter and it has the wb tint control. That's the light you might want. I have no info if they are making a new 600d ii

Great video and thanks for the review. I really want the 1200X. What stands are you using in this video?
Its some combo stands from flashpoint - 🫡
@@CineDailies I use Kupo and Matthews. Never seen those. Are the Flashpoints good in your opinion?
@@RobertJohnPhotography kupo and Matthews is a much better option and quality lol no need to look at flashpoint
@@CineDailies Thanks

Thanks fam!
“Redesign the ballast clamp so it doesn’t just pop off. Watch”
*flick switch*
*ballast doesn’t pop off*
*yank it, still doesn’t pop off*
lol

Great video!
Trying to make you proud!

Making the sun jealous
Big time 😂
What are you powering the 1200x with when shooting outside
Oh it was the D3 plus, the ecoflow battery I show in the video
@@CineDailies Bro I am adding that light to my arsenal
@@GabrielScindian DO ITTTTT totally worth it
@@CineDailies Wait the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Series Portable Power Station
at USD $649.00. If this is the one How long will it power the light for
@@GabrielScindian I used the ecoflow delta 3 plus - the time varies depending on the light percentage. At 100% with the 1200x it was 36 mins of juice
Does this have the wb tint control?
yes! Green and magenta
@@CineDailies the 600d does not have green and magneta control ? If not it’s got to be coming to the new 600d ii version
@@creativegreatsvisuals no because its a Daylight fixer.
