great job of explaining the game. I have a question with regards to quitting the hand, if it is not a "good Hand". Is one strategy of the game to "Just play every hand, especially if you are playing the 6 card bonus?" I feel like handing over $10 every time to a crappy hand, would wouldn't be worth it, and so you should just play. Thoughts?

Do all the casinos now have that 6 card bonus bet? I plan on going to Vegas next year - 3 card is my favorite game but I never saw the 6 card bet.
