I had same issue with Yodel, but showed the shop the measurements on yodel website and then measured the parcel Infront of the shopkeeper he taken photographeds of the parcels dimensions after that i had no issues , just courier's trying pull a fast one
What you’ve never had the Kite coco chocolate tape? They use recycled coca beans to make it to save the dolphins from the equator shifting when the full moon is out because there is too many people on the planet and it affects the gravitational pull.. so my mum said anyway 🤷🏻♂️
I've had the same issues with yodel in 2 different stores in my area, I spoke to yodel about it as a complaint and they told me it's actually the shops stopping the parcels because they don't have the space not the drivers, the drivers will take them if they are there, the stores don't want big parcels because the stores are small, I went crazy at my stores this week and have stopped paying for yodel now, I even paid 3 pound extra to send via parcel force out of my own pocket

The shop took the parcel 📦 and held it for 2 days it was yodel driver who said no
