Hey I never got the list and it’s been over a week. You got all my log in info but did not follow through with sending what you said you would. Was this just a way of getting peoples log in info?
This is a great thing, but I'm a bit hesitant about direct booking. On Airbnb, there's Aircover, which is usually not that great, but still provides some sense of security. How do you handle ensuring that the property is protected in cases of damage or harm when booking directly? Unfortunately, in our country, there are no insurance options specialized for STRs, so I don't know what the best option would be for us to be present on platforms other than Airbnb. My other thought was: Is it possible to add the property to Google, and set the landing page on Airbnb? At least, it will probably generate some traffic, and the algorithm will love it.
