People need to understand that she is a leader of women, and when you tear her down needlessly, it actually tears down the young women she leads, and the women looking up to her. Doesn’t mean she’s a bad person, but we want a professional coach who can develop these new players and this is not the place to learn how to become a professional basketball coach. If Caitlin was on any other team with professional experienced coach her growth would have been greatly improved. Dunn talked her into being a coach and the owner used this team as a tax write off.

CC's teammates are fumbling less passes as the season goes on as well. In the beginning of the season she was hitting them with great passes and they weren't ready and they resulted in turnovers. I can't wait until Friday and the rest of the season.
Kelsie is getting more shots because defenses are concentrating on CC. Kelsie needs to swing the ball to CC sometimes. Players must be ready to catch passes. SET HARD PICKS to free 3point shooters. CC should have 15 -20 shots per game regardless. Most important, FEVER must play up tempo to highlight FEVER attributes and maximize CC's talent running the team and not placing her in the corner. Turnovers from CC. All great players have high turnovers. MJ. BABE RUTH. SUE BIRD. Lisa Leslie... Coach never call time outs when your team is in a fast break. Call time out when opponents go on a 9-10 point run. Make on ball adjustments during the game. Play to the strength of your talent and not your strict system. Adapt Coach. Last, let's not play Wheeler with CC. Allow Wheeler to sub for CC that has twofold benefit. Resting CC. And second, wheeler doesn't hinder CC's role and gravity for the TEAM.

If Clark can regain her shooting touch, the Fever’s offense will take a positive jump toward the top of the top teams. Defense is a problem. Clark and Mitchell in college were the foci of their teams’ offenses and had to conserve energy on the defensive end. Clark is improving, but if she is going to play nearly 40 minutes, she needs to take energy breaks now and then; the defensive end is where the energy break will happen.

Coaching college players used to be quite a bit different from coaching professional players. College coaches had more control over roster. Or better or worse, control freaks tended toward college coaching. With the transfer portal (essentially free agency) college coaches now need to keep their players happy or risk having them succumb to the “grass is greener” syndrome and transfer to a different university. It is not a good situation.
I get this channel needs sponsors, but if the host (and people behind the scenes) can creatively introduce and exit the sponsor segments (to fit the video content narrative), then it can make for a less awkward experience for everyone. Just saying.

Try coaching the holdover players to play as a team with the new play and not go rogue. Teach them to set screens and roll to the basket. Teach them to cut backdoor rather than stand like a statue. Teach them basic defensive principles. That is a good start.
The Fever organization did not expect success this year. Sides has no feel for the game or players nor make logical decisions or changes during the game. It's a collaborative game and this will all break down as the Fever will go 2 and 2 coming out of the break.
I just hope that Coach C. will also be considerate with CCs court vision and may she listen to her. I also hope that she will not limit CC and allow her to enjoy playing with her team mates.
