You are completely right. I am an INTERN DOCTOR at a govt clg, UR category, still I and my every batchmates know, NO JOB IS LEFT, Nothing remains, too much doctors, no need of these much of doctors.
But the biggest problem is when the students were preparing for neet ug teachers and Educators enshrined in their brains that 'jitni mehnat karna hain kar lo beta ,baad main aish hi aish hain' so most of students looses all of their energy to study in during preparation of neet ug. Most of students studying in mbbs government college looses interests in studies after that period and very few can sustained that in mbbs period too for studies. In government college most students has very bad ego (not generalization, but from personal experience ) and very few are interested in medicine studies mbbs now . Compare to private college who missed government seats for few marks like state quota, even some management quota people studies very well in medical college due to desperate to prove something.

According to me even the job of medical proffession will be in high demand as per increasing years because if you think that the number of doctors entering to this field is incresing per year donot forget that in double rate the population also increases so there would be more demand of it and there will be highest job security. Apart from that, as per increasing years the variety of disorders also arise so there will more number of specialities so more job. In short medical profession is always evergreen if you focus on it.

At the age of 22, if you get placement from iit in google in san frasisco, you starting salary will be 1.2 crore, with 28lkh per year of stock. After this you will be swe3 with the overall salary of 3 crore, after this you will be senior swe with the overall salary of 4 crore, then you will be staff swe with salary of 4.2 crore, then you will be senior staff swe with salary of 6.2 crore, then you will be principal engineer with the salary of 9 crore, which includes 5.3 crore/year stock. Then after 2 year you will distinguished engineer with the base salary of 3 crore, but you will get 15.2 crore stock/yr. Base salary is liye nahi dete kyuki company ko pata ki 37% tax lagta hai isliye woh stock deti hai.. Note that at this point your age will be around 33 to 35. And also yaha tak sirf wahi pohoch sakta hai jinka starting package 1 crore tha. From iit bombay, 22 students secured 1 crore package, from iit delhi, 50 students, from iit kanput 33 students got 1 crore package, only this students will earn this much money at the age of 35.

My plan is that, i live in a small town were there are not so many doctors and the peoples from the nearby villages also come to my town doctors so just after my mbbs i will set my clinic in my town and i will start earning good enough because i livve in a small town

Rural area main bhi Govt phc k plain mbbs doctors ki salary mere signature se each month draw hoti hai....bcs i am accounts officer...115k hoti hai...vo bhi us doctor ki jiski job ko abhi one year complete hue ho(one year ka probation period hota hai) Sab jhoot hai ki 40-50 k salary hoti hai...i am from Rajasthan

There is a severe scarcity of general practitioners and family doctors in urban area too. 3. Many other fields are also looking for good doctors. 4. In our country research in health care is almost nil. This area also requires good number of doctors. Before joining MBBS, one should ask question to himself that: "Whether I am really interested in this field?". If the answer is yes, then he has to visit and consult gps and fps in rural area and also has to visit rural health care facilities. Then he has to make his decision.

If you want to treat patitents you have nothing to worry about career. Even compounders earn 1lakh- 2 lakh rupees per month by engaging in private practice in rural areas. Lekin aaj kal doctors bhi sab meyro cities me rahna chahte hain as if they are all corporate profssionals.
If we see current situation in India than any degree holder whether iitian or ca or ias ips etc but competition everywhere so by seeing this it's better to be a doctor atleast we will have respect and money as well if we study well
For becoming a good doctor one has to spend 15 to 20 years. ( MBBS 5 and half years, MD.or MS.... 3......DM orMCH 3....plus work experience)... After that starting income will be around 1 lakh p m.... It may increase after many more years of experience. If one is a skilled engineer he will get 5 lakhs per month immediately after completing Btech. (4 years)...... So my opinion is that medical field is better than engineering now a days only if the life span of doctor is 100 years or more😂

But the biggest problem is when the students were preparing for neet ug teachers and Educators enshrined in their brains that 'jitni mehnat karna hain kar lo beta ,baad main aish hi aish hain' so most of students looses all of their energy to study in during preparation of neet ug.
Most of students studying in mbbs government college looses interests in studies after that period and very few can sustained that in mbbs period too for studies. In government college most students has very bad ego (not generalization, but from personal experience ) and very few are interested in medicine studies mbbs now .
Compare to private college who missed government seats for few marks like state quota, even some management quota people studies very well in medical college due to desperate to prove something.

According to me even the job of medical proffession will be in high demand as per increasing years because if you think that the number of doctors entering to this field is incresing per year donot forget that in double rate the population also increases so there would be more demand of it and there will be highest job security.

At the age of 22, if you get placement from iit in google in san frasisco, you starting salary will be 1.2 crore, with 28lkh per year of stock. After this you will be swe3 with the overall salary of 3 crore, after this you will be senior swe with the overall salary of 4 crore, then you will be staff swe with salary of 4.2 crore, then you will be senior staff swe with salary of 6.2 crore, then you will be principal engineer with the salary of 9 crore, which includes 5.3 crore/year stock. Then after 2 year you will distinguished engineer with the base salary of 3 crore, but you will get 15.2 crore stock/yr. Base salary is liye nahi dete kyuki company ko pata ki 37% tax lagta hai isliye woh stock deti hai..
Note that at this point your age will be around 33 to 35.
And also yaha tak sirf wahi pohoch sakta hai jinka starting package 1 crore tha.

1. Rural area problems is faced by everyone including doctors, teachers, rural area government officials. This problem is not going to go away. This can be solved to some extent by adopting the method which was used for medical admission during 1950s or 1960s.
2. There is a severe scarcity of general practitioners and family doctors in urban area too.
3. Many other fields are also looking for good doctors.
4. In our country research in health care is almost nil. This area also requires good number of doctors.
Before joining MBBS, one should ask question to himself that: "Whether I am really interested in this field?". If the answer is yes, then he has to visit and consult gps and fps in rural area and also has to visit rural health care facilities. Then he has to make his decision.

For becoming a good doctor one has to spend 15 to 20 years. ( MBBS 5 and half years, MD.or MS.... 3......DM orMCH 3....plus work experience)... After that starting income will be around 1 lakh p m.... It may increase after many more years of experience. If one is a skilled engineer he will get 5 lakhs per month immediately after completing Btech. (4 years)...... So my opinion is that medical field is better than engineering now a days only if the life span of doctor is 100 years or more😂
