But after watching the movie Super 8, my young kids want to make movies like the one the kids in the movie make. Oddly enough the quality isn't far off for 8mm lol! And this will at least get them into the habit of filming with a DSLR shaped camera? They also have a cheap camera cage with a cheap light, and cheap mic... a "real camera" setup without potentially damaging real equipment if dropped. 😃
