I actually bought the turbo S and the parts finally came, it is a bit fragile, but I expected that with it being a custom model. This car is one of my favorites that I have. Absolute masterpiece.
Thank you so so much!🙏 Appreciate it. And if you think it’s a bit too fragile, I can recommend you to just fix the doors in placing instead of having them openable. Just using brackets or similar🤗
@bricksblocksandmocs hey David, 1 year update on my turbo s. Spent a little bit of time yesterday and today making the car a little less fragile. Small things, like putting tiles underneath the 1x4 curved slope above the wheels to strengthen the front end, strengthening the roof, etc. A year on, this car is still one of my favorite things I've bought. Definitely plan to buy a few more in the future, maybe even the zonda.
Amazing! I love how you made the front lights, the colour isn't bad, it reminds me to a Hotwheels Panamera, which also has lights painted with black. But yeah, this car is such a masterpiece! I like both version, but I usually better like Porsches with wing. And I better like the 2 - 2 exhaust on this car, so super! 😁 I brutally love the two new 812, and I want to see them in Lego, but I know that designing a Ferrari is probably the most difficult thing, so rather don't waste your time 😅.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the feedback, as always.😊 And interesting to see that you prefer Porsche’s with wings😉 Yeah, the 812 felt, at least when I tried creating it about half a year ago, like a pretty difficult car to recreate. I’m not really a Ferrari fan but the 812 is actually my favorite one that they are currently making. So might try to recreate it again, when I get a vision for it.
Well, Porsches' have quite sloping back, and somewhy my eyes always want a wing on it... The AMG GT is the other, I don't like it, but I like the GTR (can't wait for the video 😁), because of the wing, even if it isn't too big. I hope you'll get some great ideas for the 812 Competizione, or just for a 812, till then do the cars that you have idea for! 😉
Thanks again! Might do a video of my already built AMG GTR but would absolutely like to make a “design process video” for when I try to make the AMG GT 4 door.
Thank you so much😊 Haven’t gotten that many requests for instructions for this, that’s why I haven’t made any instructions for it yet. So I don’t know. Will probably make instructions for the GT3 I’ve also made, though.
Thank you so much🙏 I’ve actually already made the Nissan R34 Skyline😉: www.bricksblocksandmocs.com/product-page/inspired-by-nissan-skyline-r34-gtr-instructions-parts-list
I don’t know! Have been thinking about it but what I probably, would like to do more, is to make some B- and maybe C-models for some of the new sets. Like I’ve done with the Ferrari F8 Tributo set, which’s instructions for at my website, just so you know😉 www.bricksblocksandmocs.com
you should try and make the classic m3, since it has a blocky design and would be pretty easy to recreate, i also know a really good design for the taillights also love your work keep it up.
@@bricksblocksandmocs oh wow, they sure look beautiful and the fact I can build the gemera for myself makes me even more happy, but what doesn't is that the parts are really expensive, I would get them if I had some spare money but I spent it all on the lego sian lol, also have a great day man
Thank you so much! I’m sorry that you can’t get the parts for it right now but just so you know, the prices for the parts may shift a bit as time goes by. And also, if you already have a bit of Lego at home, you probably don’t need to order all the parts for the model.😉
Thank you so much😊 Yeah, I haven’t really decided what I’m gonna do with the 992 yet😅 I’ve also made the Heritage Edition Targa and the most recent model, the GT3, which I think turned out even better than the normal and Turbo version. And as I’m now working really hard to be able to release more sets in the future, I don’t really know if they all will become sets or if I’m just gonna release instructions for them all, or do both.
I actually get a lot of requests for the mk4 Supra and someday I would really like to design it. But the truth is that I haven’t really had any feeling or great ideas for the mk4 Supra yet and I don’t really like force it. In the meantime however, if you haven’t already seen it, I can really recommend you to go and check out ruclips.net/user/brickengineeringdude MK4 Supra, it’s really awesome😉
Those berets work perfectly for the headlights! Great job on the rear too, it looks great.
Thanks a lot Cole😉
Been waiting for this!!
True
Glad to see that!
I was literally searching how to make lego porsche, and I got your notification and it's insane, and I hope you don't suffer from covid again

@@bricksblocksandmocs yeah yeah jt gave me, and I loved it toooo!!!
This is sick! I know from experience that a 911 is hard to recreate in lego minifig scale, but you made it look great
Thank you so much!😊 Really glad you like it!
Sweet man

Petition for this person to be the lead designer of lego speed champions.

I don't want David to work for Lego, he probably could not use his talent there.

Hey! Just watching this video now, wondering if I can still buy rims? These rims are amazing!
Thanks a lot! Unfortunately I had to stop selling the rims(at least for now) as they took a bit too long to make relative to what they did cost.
