Stunning sunset expected in Miaoli as sun aligns with road at popular photography site｜Taiwan News

A popular spot to photograph sunset in Miaoli is set to become even more popular in the next few days. The place in question is the access to Xinpu along Provincial Highway No. 61, where the road aligns with the sea and the sun on certain days of the year.
This coming Sunday and Monday, the sun will set right at the center of the road, making for a spectacular symmetrical photo of the sun sinking into the sea. Though an observation deck has been set up at the spot, parking spots are rather scarce. Sunset seekers are advised to follow traffic rules and not park in forbidden areas to avoid problems, as police will be on patrol.
