Thanks for the video I agree with almost most of the tips however I don't agree with two points (may be my personal opinion)
    1) Online Shopping - To one extend its very good and time saving, but if we spent going outside and see other human beings.. feel the vibe and go along with family its a good experience.
    2) Speed Reading ( Fiction & non fiction books) - Reading is to get and digest the information from the book, get attach to the content. whats the point on speed reading . Reading should be enjoyment. What is the point to finish the point in a hurry.. we are not in race and what benefit we will get if we finish 200 books in a year or 50 books in a month.. I don't thing time will be wasted if we read normally.

    1. Prioritize your tasks - Important and urgent
    2. Time blocking(Flow) - Give your task a specific time like 2-3 hours to complete and do the same task without thinking of anything else(Flow).
    3. Pomodoro technique - Work in loops_ Focus for 25 minutes and take a 5 minutes break. Repeat this for 4 cycles and take a long 15-20 minutes break.
    4. Set deadlines - No matter how much time you get, you will use all of that time to complete a task. When set a deadlines you become much more responsible and countable for your task.
    5. Meal planning
    6. Automate your finances or set reminders - Use your brain only for doing work and not for remembering work.
    7. Declutter - Keep your room clean and asthetic.
    8. Delegate tasks - Outsource some of your less important tasks.
    9. Create routines -
    10. Limit your screentime -
    11. Use productivity tools - Google calenders.
    12. Learn to say no -
    13. Use shotcuts in tools - Go to chagpt and search for your required shortcuts for your respective tools.
    14. Listen to audiobooks
    15. Resect to your time. It is much more expensive then money.
    16. Plan your day out - Plan everything before you go out. Think about all your checklist and then go out when much proper planning completing all your work in that particular route.
    17. Speed reading -
    18. Batch your emails -
    19. Use voice recognition tools
    20. Exercise efficiently - Keep your heat beat at peak
    21. Minimize Distractions
    22. Meditate - Be grateful everything you have.
    23. Limit the sources of information

Kya flow timer chalega - 1.start a stop watch while working and 2. work until you are tired or the work ends 3. divide the total time by 5 and take a break for that time. Repeat this session for 3-4 times and then take a break of 30 min. Mere hisab se ye teek hai kyumki promodoro, flow ko break karthe hai
"Kya har break ke baadh agla kaam kar saktha hai?"

Hello Ankur Sir if we buy everything online that what about the retail seller how do they will earn money and As per my point of view looking for 15 to 12 Rupees discount on online is not fair enough to buy goods if retailer sells A product lets assume for 2K and In Online if we get it around 1300 then it becomes fair enough to buy online . Your Current Video Was Really Awesome just the online shopping point created a doubt in me .....
