- I've put together a collection of my best drone shots of Toronto using the DJI Inspire 3. This drone is a game changer! Perfect for low light situations and flying at night. Most of the footage you see was captured during dusk, which is my favourite time to fly. I used a combination of lenses for this shoot as I own the 18mm, 24mm and 50mm.

Hard to imagine the quality getting even better than this 5-6 years from now but I guess this is the kind of quality you get for 30k plus once you add the necessary lenses and accessories for the Inspire 3. I guess the good thing is that you don't have to worry about your drone competition beating you unless they are crazy enough to spend that kind of money on a drone too. Excellent work 🙏🏽
It was a big investment indeed! The inspire 2 was the king for about 8-9 years, so I figure this one will be the go to drone for at least 5-6 years. Not much else I would want from a drone. A built in parachute would be nice so I don't have to use a 3rd party for that. 8k prores raw is definitely enough. I'm just waiting for DJI to release a longer lens, like an 85mm or 90mm. That would make for some interesting shots.
@@FilmsFirstWait, you installed a parachute on your drone? Have you ever had to use it? Is this something you’d recommend anyone getting a drone do? Sorry for all the questions.
when flying over people you have to have a safety parachute in place. There are different makes/models for the different drones. I've never had a situation where the drone failed mid flight and the parachute was used.@@stashoneill
@@FilmsFirst Still though, a parachute on a drone. Yet another thing that makes having a drone so awesome. Problem is, I’d be be playing with that parachute like it was my G.I. Joes from the ‘80s.🤣 Thanks for the reply!

Hands down the best Drone footage I have seen of the city. It's heartbreaking that Toronto is becoming unlivable. Sadly it is a city for the rich only. It is still spectacular to look at from the sky at dusk!

I just wanna address the people that may think Toronto's skyline can't compete with Chicago, I'm like Toronto got good amount of skyscrapers, plus like Chicago, Toronto sits on a great lake. Chicago has Lake Michigan and Toronto has Lake Ontario. Plus both get very cold in winter I'll add that. Point is in my opinion I'd say Chicago is 2nd and Toronto is 3rd in North America best skyline metro cities.
Toronto is definitely getting up there, with lots more skyscrapers on the way too
Better put a watermark if you're uploading at such high resolution. Now there are so many stock footage content online, you might never find out if somebody is selling your clips downloaded from youtube.

I would say half the tall buildings are under 25 years old. But yeah, a lot are from the 1970-90 period. Toronto was thriving and wide-open at that time, not living under the iron hand of impoverishing communism.😄
