I break rock for a living. This video seems very helpful. One tip i was taught and did not see was to avoid breaking rock over the sprocket final drive end of your excavator, I was taught for machine longevity to break over your idlers instead. Reason being is sprockets wear more, and final drives are very expensive. This may or may not be right, but the logic sounded right to me.
Thanks, this was very useful. I needed this how to for work tomorrow, my operator has called in sick and we need the job complete! Many details I would have never expected that could cause damage!
Thanks for very informative video. I was digging large hole today and met bedrock so need to use rock breaker for first time tomorrow. Very useful. Thanks again

madhu seetaram the 7500 lbs ones I operate cost 45,000$ and 90,000 $ One breaks soft rock better(tramec 90,000$) And the gorilla45,000$ seems to break hard rock better
If you really want to use a rock breaker properly first spend a few years using an air compressor and jackhammer. You'll be one of the best after that.

Plz tell that
Why does the firing of chisel in breaker reduces in excavator
Plz tell
It reduces because the gas pressure might have reduced, please take it to a breaker workshop to charge it.

How to start rock hammer
very good
Nice
Some stuff ain’t accurate like sometimes you just gotta do stuff
Don’t do anything operators do with breakers, only break in a 90 degree angle for no more then 15 seconds or the breaker will break
In theories is good but when working for production is too bad
Great East Indian voice speaking well!
