In my opinion, Liam Payne's death was the most unexpected and shocking death this year, and in my life. One Direction got together in 2010 (when I was 20) years old. That band became my little brothers through music because they gave me the strength to walk away from an abusive relationship that I was in for the past six and a half years. I say they're my little brothers because everyone in the band was one to four years younger than me, and I'm 34 years old. I will never get over his death.
