Well I finally made it. Got the ending, though I still refused to press the yellow switch. But I still seeked out the core, and of course I destroyed it, thus crashing the game, which is the real and true ending. Due to how you destroy the core, you destroy the AI, thus you win. Still wanted to collect all 460 stars. But I'm glad I made it to the end. I want to thank you for your guides. They helped so much, you have now earned a subscriber Stevoisiak :D
theres a pipe near the star road on this floating island with a water fall with a sign saying "0" like the other signs on the star, I can't manage to get there

I NEED to know how to download this fully, and how to get sm64 on pc too, i had a friend who set it up for me ages back, but we fell out and dont like eachother anymore, i need to play b3313 again
A few stages had an annoyingly hidden red coin, but most of them weren't bad. I updated the B3313 wiki along the way to document a few of the more hidden ones.

For some reason the Goomba boss fight is bugged for me he is not red, but just a normal looking Goomba. Am I missing something?
The Goomboss fight? I think the color of the boss can be different from player to player.

I don't know why a shortcut exists for the sake of avoiding the final boss part. I think it's just unnecessary.

Are the star road levels different?
They are the same levels, although I've heard an extra Bob-Omb NPC gets added to some stages
