I love this, a great description and love the speeded up run with music. This course is local to me so been a few times.
I’m also glad you enjoy the video, Helen! I think watching a 20 minute video and listening to me panting would get quite boring, this way I think is a little more interesting 😅
a tip for breakfast, you can go to Victoria Farm garden centre, just up Guisborough Rd past the Shell petrol station, they take cards/phones.
