bagser1 Jay Lethal in that woo off promo with Flair was just gold!
Back to the original point there were a few wrestlers that retired in wwe but wrestled in TNA. Mick Foley (I respect the hell out of him but that world title run werent right) & Tommy Dreamer to name a couple

DoctrineOfMayhem ruclips.net/video/BuCazRfofgs/видео.html so an emotional goodbye to wwe but they would want us to believe that once they leave theyre retired. I know he still works his House Of Hardcore shows but as far as wwe go hes retired from their universe which was what I was saying I know he never indefinately retired

TNA deserves respect, sure they are on hard times now, but their X Division pushed the limit, the Knockouts broke down barriers and they saw something in Christian, one of the most underrated wrestlers in the last 2 decades. Those are three things WWE always thought of as jokes.

Yes WWEs women's division is older, the company is older. But watch a 2007 Tna Knockouts match and a 2007 WWE Divas match and tell me which is one is better. TNA gave women an opportunity 8 years before WWE and you cannot refute that

Nintendoholic I was born in 93 so I grew up watching WCW and WWF but by the time I was old enough to actually start remembering it (about 99) it was already ending. But sting going to TNA gave me a chance to see him wrestle from 04-13 and actually remember it and see how amazing he really was and I’ll never forget it and I’ll always love TNA for showing me how amazing guys like sting, Jeff Jarrett, Christian, Austin Aries, ect were while wwe just kept dropping the ball with them over and over again

    • @MRWIL246
      @MRWIL246 7 лет назад +5

That could be debated. If WCW was around TNA would of existed a s a Third Wrestling promotion and ROH as the fourth. What could of happened is that NJPW wouldn't invaded America if they had to face Four American base Wrestling Promotions instead of three.

TNA will always have the good days of X-Division, Knockouts Division and Tag Team Division!! That's something WWE has never successfully replicated! AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, Motor City Machine Guns, LAX, Beer Money, America's Most Wanted, Austin Aries, Gail Kim/Awesome Kong, The Beautiful People...etc Such great times!!
Also, for whom it may concern, TNA has always had a more diverse main event scene than WWE!

tbh, Kurt Angle's first WWE run was great in terms of wrestling, hardly anyone can match his in-ring ability which is why when he faced Shawn Michaels it was such a great match cause Shawn is another great in-ring performer, but when Kurt went to TNA, not only did his wrestling skills improve, but his character & mic skills evolved as well. When Kurt was in the Main Event Mafia, that was one of the best heel works I've seen in a long time. Kurt's TNA run was way better than most people thought it would be & that's something WWE wants us to forget.

    1. Gail Kim

    8. Angel Williams aka Angelina Love (never made it to the main roster)
    8. Shantelle Taylor aka Taylor wilde (same as angelina love)
    9. Christy Hemme (a lot of people shit on her but I've always felt like she had a lot of potential)
    10. Kharma aka Awesome kong

To be fair, he had a much rejuvenated career in TNA. I believe that while he had his classics with Taker, Benoit, and Michaels, his matches with Joe, Sting, Hardy, Anderson, Christian and even the likes of X-division champions like Jay Lethal were leagues beyond, because he was a much fresher man and had more time off to heal.
Angle will always admit that his WWE career pales in comparison to his TNA career.

This is one of the truest videos ever! WWE also wants people to forget that Ken Shamrock became NWA World Champion while at TNA. In addition to that, they want people to forget that R-Truth (a.k.a. K-Kwik) left WWF and defeated Ken Shamrock in 2002 to become the first African American to win the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Additionally, they also want people to forget how Bubba Ray become a World Heavyweight Champion as Bully Ray. The way TNA ran storylines and pushed him as Bully Ray was absolutely phenomenal. It's sad that the company has been on such a huge decline (they've been having a identity crisis for a few years) since about 2012. There was a time when I was eager to watch Raw, Smackdown, Impact, and ROH because they were all putting on high-quality shows at the same time in a very competitive way (even though WWE was still PG).

Another thing to remember with the Knockouts division is that they did plenty of firsts before the WWE women's revolution. They were main eventing shows a lot. Ladder matches, cage matches. They have their own annual all female ppv's and have been for the last few years. And they have been having royal rumble style matches since the division's inception. WWE women have it good right now but TNA Knockouts have been there and done it first.

I would like to add a few more things to this list:
Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan TNA Involvement: These two guys are legends without a doubt and them being involved in the company and being an on screen authority figure and/or manager would be okay. Them being involved backstage some would have been okay. They both would have been great additions in helping some newcomers with developing their promo skills and character development. The problem was how much involvement they ended up getting into on screen including having matches of course and trying to redo NWO as Immortal. Combine that with the likelihood they were pulling strings backstage to get more screen time and money and pushing story lines and how their characters should be treated and it all spells disaster. I'm not sure if any of it is true and it could have just been TNA's writers fault, but we are talking about Hogan and to a slightly lesser extent Flair.
Kevin Nash, Booker T, the Dudleys, and Sting: Like Christian and Kurt Angle, these 5 men were all really big stars already thanks to WWE, WCW, and ECW. Of course, Sting never actually appeared in WWE until after TNA, but they obviously still don't want us to remember his time there. Booker T and Kevin Nash are former world champs. Booker T is a former King of the Ring. Kevin Nash was also part of the original NWO and while WWE don't like to give credit to WCW, they still will cash in on that NWO nostalgia and don't want anyone to know that such a big star as Nash went to TNA. The Dudleys are one of the greatest tag teams of all time, are a 1/3 of one of the best WWE matches of all time, and trying to hide their WCW, ECW, and WWE history is probably an arduous task (the same could be said about Nash, Booker T, Christian, Angle, Hogan, Flair, and even Sting since he was pretty big in WCW). Lastly, while Booker T only had a few years in the company like Christian, Nash, Sting, the Dudleys, and Angle were all there for a decade or a little less in Nash's case.
