Love it brother !!!! Knew they were hanging deep. I didn't get a bite from the dike bank fishing . Any ideas of deeper watwr accessible by land ? Any ideas would help.
I would try at the hatchery On the left hand side where people swim on that beach. The channel cuts in over on that side.

Couple of questions:
1 - Do you ever get to Kerr Lake/Buggs Island? Thats where I fish all the time.
2 - Im assuming youre drifting using socks without the trolling motor. How do you determine whether youre going to drift or troll?
3 - When you anchor, are you using 2 anchors, bow and stern, to stop the boat turning and keep the lines tight?

I mainly just fish Is lake multrie and the Santee Cooper system
I'd use a drift at about 0.4 to 0.6 miles per hour
I have a Easterling drift sock For drift fishing and that keeps the boat pretty straight , I will anchor up when it's cooler weather like Spring and fall.
Good video buddy,I don't understand how it catches the fish if you don't have hooks on them.
The demon dragons are floats that hold the Santee drift rig up the rattling sound it makes attracts catfish.
