For Back hand Straight clear + Crosscourt , maybe you need to mention the extra energy needed derived from non racket leg bending and pushing the Racket leg to lunge and tranfer the kinetic energy to the elbow .
From other tutorials I've seen they always say to either use a bevel grip or a panhandle grip, because the backhand grip might cause the shuttle to go outside the court instead of over the net.
Yes, that's true. Morten did mention the thumb on the side of the racket like a panhandle grip. The way he called it a backhand grip was confusing

Thank you for your comments! Backhand grip is the term we use and I see it is the same as bevel grip on some other channels ☺️ Hope that clarified?
