Did you read my description in part 1? There are only a handful of chalk manufacturers. They manufacture the chalk and Companies just buy it in bulk and slap their names on it and sell it. Some companies don’t spend the money to print their own packaging and wrappers they sell it in the generic wrapper and box ( the blue and white “z athletic” is one such generic chalk.
I tried to steer away from European brands as I’m in the US. It was getting really expensive shipping overseas. 95% of this was filmed prior to Easy Grip shipping to the US.
This may be a comprehensive brand comparison but it is in no way a complete one. I barely touched the surface for European brands for example. Those specific sellers do not currently sell chalk. Pearly no longer does ASMR.
I don’t have a single favorite because it depends what texture I’m in the mood for. I guess for soft I like BSN, for gritty it would be Spider or Easy Grip or something like OG BSN and Chalkness but if I absolutely had to pick 1 brand it would be DMoose. It has initial crunch, soft inside, dyes well and occasionally there will be a harder grittier block in the bunch. They have been finding a new supplier tho so I doubt it will be the same. 😂
