    My name is Tony and I started a Pet Waste Removal Business for Dog Owners in December 2020. After 1 year of successfully building my poop scooping business, I've decided to document my experience and provide insight to others who are interested in doing this as a Side Hustle/Side Gig or potentially full time. Currently I have around 20+ clients that I service on a weekly/monthly basis and make over $2k extra a month!
    With this channel, I hope to be a guide and inspiration to everyone out there who believe they have so much more to give back to the world. Even something simple as a Poop Scooping Business can have a positive impact to your client's lives. :) This side hustle is perfect for the Entrepreneur that want to continue growing their business acumen and requires little to no cost to start!
    Let's get to scooping!

    Other than Registering your business name, do you really need an LLC or Commercial Insurance added to your business? TIA!

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  2 года назад +1

      Hi James, great question!
      I 100% recommend getting insurance for your business, you never want to put yourself in a situation where you are held liable for damages if a dog accidentally escapes a yard and gets hurt or injures someone else.
      I made a DBA and did not create a LLC for my business.

    I checked in my area and wow there is a lot of scoopers trying (I know any other business will be like that competition) I’m sorry I’m just juggling my thoughts on what else I can do to live and eat
    I got a question though do you know what application I can use if a service that I might provide I wanted to do it in a subscription service style per month

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  2 года назад +1

      Competition is a great thing because it shows that there's a BIG need for that kind of service in your area! You just gotta focus on the things that you can control to give your customers a better experience than your competitors.
      Can you elaborate on your question about the subscription service style? Are you looking for software to help automate appointments every week/month?

    • @darkbionic1044
      @darkbionic1044 2 года назад +2

      @@PoopScoopsForNoobs yes competition is good, I think I got scared when I read this google review regarding a particular business going out on business last two months reason? I don’t know but can be many factors (like giving a bad customer service therefore not having clients and went down hill)
      The subscription service meaning giving something to you and u subscribing about a particular good I would offer you
      Do you know any app or page that can help me on that by me providing the goods monthly to the person and automatically it deducts from their banks or cards
      I’m just trying to see what good and service to come up on a subscription basis I don’t want to chase people

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  2 года назад +1

      @@darkbionic1044 the reality is that most businesses fail because they don't plan out their goals and keep track of their expenses or they charge too little for their low quality service. I rather charge a little more and acquire more high quality clients that are willing to pay for those prices.
      I think if you want to do a subscription of a product, you should look into drop shipping using Printify even though this market is really saturated. You should look into more services that people don't want to do that you're willing to do if you get paid for (like poop scooping)

    • @darkbionic1044

      exactly
      Im sorry im not sure if I word it fine
      Ok let’s supposed i do a website providing a good (subscription service people can opt in and out for the good and service) what plug in in Wordpress I can use to get a subscription service type ?

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  2 года назад +1

      @Dark Bionic The only plugins I currently use for my Wordpress site is Astra so it's a drag and drop interface to build the website, and then you'll have to use WooCommerce to create different products that you can sell on your website.

    How much does Google charge to promote your business?

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  2 года назад +1

      Great question!! You can set how much you want your monthly budget to be for Google Ads, so if you set it to $100 a month, google will automatically throttle the ads each day so it meets that $100 budget for the month.

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  2 года назад +1

      And you only pay for the clicks on your ads. You set how much you want your daily average to be and google won't charge you more than your monthly max budget.

    Hey man! Love your videos! Would you say it's better to keep your business or sell it and build a new one? And do that again and again and so forth. Or is it better to keep it? I have friends who do different things just curious what the pro thinks? @PoopScoopForNoons

    • @PoopScoopsForNoobs
      @PoopScoopsForNoobs  9 месяцев назад

      Great question! It ultimately comes down to your own goals in life, both options are great to build generational wealth. When it comes to selling your business though, you really need to have all the systems and processes in place in order to maximize the amount an investor would pay you. If you do not have systems and documentation, you will not get as much money for the business as they will have to do a lot more work on their end to start generating a profit.
