This is regarding the 870 visa. I have lived in Australia for 7 years (with student visa and 485 visa) and I have had PR for 2 years. Am I an eligible sponsor for the 870 visa?
Can one eligible child sponsor two parents at the same time? Or one child can only sponsor one parent a time?
One your parent is in Aus on this temporary visa, can they then apply for one of the other permanent visas whilst in Australia?
Can you apply for the contributory parent visa after this temporary visa?
