The effects from the loss of Donald on the Rams defense in incalculable. They better hit on an edge rusher this summer or they will really be exposed in the secondary...or average near 28 points a game if they'll have a chance to contend.
it will take more than I 'star' player to replace AD. Rams may have a rookie from last year other than Young that can develop at edge and they can try to do something else before the season. We will see. Right Now with the improvements to the O-line, I am thinking an average of 30 points per game. How the offense can really help the defense is with run/ball control. They haven't had a good run game in a few years. They couldn't 'run' out the clock. BUT NOW ???

@@darcyanddutch Thought I should let you know, the reason he's currently able to walk is because of the Rams medical staff. Our medical people (I believe) are the people who fixed up Aaron Rodgers, so I'm beyond optimistic. When T-White is healthy he's a top five corner, and our draft picks are going to be day one impact players. Watch their tape

The offensive line was not a downfall at all for the Rams last year. Kevin Dotson was also already a Ram last year, he just signed a new contract this offseason.

Greatest generational is an understatement…one of the top 10 Defensive players of all time.
This may sound crazy, but if I were the coach, I would rest Stafford twice during the season. That, plus the bye week, could combine to keep him healthy and fresh in those really important games. They've got a really good QB in Garoppolo, who is totally capable of winning some games in Stafford's absence, especially against inferior teams.
Also, very important - this year, Matthew Stafford will become the 10th highest QB in career passing yards in NFL history.
As a Rams fan that’s absolutely crazy lol. NFL playoff eligibility usually boils down to a 1-2 games sometimes. You can’t afford to intentionally sit players unless you’ve already clinched.
Also, Jimmy G is nowhere close to being on Stafford’s level.

Latu is a VERY risky pick. He was told by his doctors that he should retire from football due to a previous neck injury. If Latu takes a hit and is forced to retire early in his career, pissing away that first round draft pick could set the Rams back years. So when the Rams are on the clock and they have their choice of many really good players but who do not carry the career injury risk that Latu does, does it really make sense to use your first first round pick in 7 years on such a risky pick? He is a VERY good player when healthy but that neck injury isn't something that can be ignored, it needs to be thoroughly considered before making the pick.

Latu was the FIRST defensive player off the board in the 2024 board draft. Obviously he passed the physical tests and he was considered the number one defensive player in this year's draft ! The Rams didn't get him because he was already Gone by pick 19. Jared Verse will be a stud and the Rams are looking great.

Anyone who's played the position knows what a luxury an elite tight end is. Brady was a good QB. Gronk reset him and made him great. (the #s don't lie) and added years to his career as a reliable checkdown. It was no surprise to me that the 4 teams in the championship round last year had the top 4 active TEs in the league, Kelce, Kittles, Andrews and LaPorta. If any of those 4 wore a Rams jersey last year we go to and probably win the SB. Brock Bowers "No matter what".

I want to see them move up and get an OT that’s there for 10 years. The most important thing they can do is keep the pocket clean for Stafford. Give him a great line he can last for 3 years or 1 more SB.

This a super deep WR draft, not as deep at edge. in the 1st and they probably sneak away with a receiver in the 2-4th
