Bobbin and also Colosseum Oars could definetely work but you'll be loosing quite a lot of the damage provided by the orb boost. Should be enough damage nevertheless
Jinbe: Turn 1: Swap Sabo/Koala to INT, use Baccarat + one O-Soba Mask Special then attack from weakest to strongest. Turn 2: After his revive you want to swap Sabo/Koala into their STR form again, use both Captain actions, the 2nd O-Soba Mask +Shanks Crew Specials to clear this stage
There are quite a few good units to choose from, but TM Big Mom seems to bring the most amount of buffs against the boss stage. Alternatively you can use Legend Komurasaki, Raid STR Rayleigh or World Clash Akainu. Even someone like Kung-Fu Luffy should work :D

Can I replace Krieg/Gin with Bobbin?
