For the filming of the event my friend Jace LeRoy was a HUGE help in making this all happen as well. We both ran cameras.
Another guy filming the event also let us use the footage that he shot in the evening as well. Special thanks to Kevin Kartchner for that!

We filmed this in Paradise Utah, on private property. Vooray built the jump and rigged the whole thing together. The distance of the lake was 150 feet. Several people had been flung 120 feet during the filming of the video. And actually... 3 people passed out on impact from hitting the water.... so I wouldn't suggest trying it at home :)

It used to be when I watched the videos, all I did was enjoy them and wish I was there. But, now looking back, that was stupid of me. Now, I find that watching them makes me smile and look forward to my future, I just "recently" started filming, and now we are planning a HUGE party for the summer. I get my inspiration from videos like this.

lipglossary well, in that one sense, yes, but I think that it's more people who are too scared to actually use the slingshot (like me :P), so they just go down the slip n' slide without it. But i do kind of agree, I do want to see what they do once they get to the ramp... they probably just stop.

Honestly, I was stunned to learn of the location of this filming. Just moved to the area and search for fun things to do in Paradise, Utah ... very small town of 900. Notice the license plate on the truck ! Cant wait to try this out for REAL!
